Everyone was great, very nice very professional very helpful and they did a wonderful job and deep cleaning my house. The house looked great. They put everything back after they dusted vacuumed and mopped. Then Melissa provided me with a biweekly price that was just within my price range. I have to say they provide quality work. When it came to the clean itself, four cleaners were on site to perform a deep clean of our 4/3.5 3K square foot home and they did an AMAZING job! Every inch of floor, baseboard, and carpet was beautifully cleaned, blinds and fans properly dusted, carpet vacuumed, counters wiped clean, appliances made to look like new, all the dog hair from our three dogs gone from even the tightest of nooks & crannies, and so much more! I never felt like I was left hanging by her. She answered all of my questions (and I had a lot of questions) in a very timely manner. When she arrived, I explained my situation to her. I deal with a lot of depression, ADHD, and anxiety. This makes things like keeping a tidy home completely overwhelming. So, instead of taking care of the problem, I let it get worse. The worse it got, the more depressed I became. I explained all of this to her, and she listened like a friend instead of someone I had hired to clean my apartment. She was completely empathetic and non-judgmental. She was also very straightforward yet tactful about what needed to get done. At one point, I thought I had to reschedule because I had an appointment and I didn't know what to do about my dog. Brea told me not to worry, she was very good with pets, and she had experience because she had a boxer at home. Penelope approved of her right away, and Brea's energy made me feel comfortable leaving my dog with her. She worked for hours and it showed. My apartment was sparkling and it smelled incredible! I love my dog, but she has some aromas that I absolutely do not love. I had asked Brea to add floor polishing and sofa cleaning to my package which I already felt was well priced for everything she was planning to do. I don't know how she did it, but she managed to remove all of Penelope's fur, and my floors were absolutely gleaming. Not only that, she had cleaned every single baseboard and my ceiling fans until they were unrecognizable. Brea left me with more than just a clean home. She left me with a fresh slate. It's much easier to maintain a clean home than it is to clean a messy one. I find myself fastidiously, wiping every surface the moment a crumb falls. I plan to hire her to help me maintain the level of clean she achieved. I figure that the cost of the cleaning will be worth the peace of mind it gives me. The communication and care with which he operates is absolutely top notch! The service for my parents' home was for a full house deep clean that we requested. Hector came for a consultation and was willing to come an additional day when my mother would be available, should she have had additional questions. One of the first things he asked me, after seeing the house, was whether we wanted to downgrade to a detail cleaning to save money, before any pricing was discussed. He presented all three options and we still went with the full package for our needs, as it is quute reasonable. I was tempted to give him the approval on the spot. He came yesterday with two others to clean the entire home, which surprised me to realize he was a part of the crew. My parents are really appreciative of the work that the team did, because the crew dtayed for nearly 7 hours!
