I have used few other cleaning services and individuals since moving to Katy. They did a great job the first few times and than the quality declined. On one of my friend's recommendation I decided to hire The Boardwalk Cleaning Company. I sent them a request for estimate. They were very prompt to respond, quoted me the reasonable price and instantly sent me an email and confirmation. They are very communicative, informed via an email the previous day and gave us a courtesy call for maids arrival on the day of service. A team of two Maids with their full attire and company car came over to my house with all cleaning supplies and equipment at the agreed-upon time. Initially I was worried if they would speak English, if they would be honest, how they would be with my dog, if they would do a good job for the money, etc. They surpassed all my expectations! They were on time; spoke proper English, listened to what I wanted to clean and honest. They were very pleasant, very professional and communicated with me regarding their progress and if I wanted anything done differently. I got the Top to Bottom Deluxe cleaning with add-on for the refrigerator and Oven. My house was pretty dirty when they came. They did an amazing job and even hand cleaned the fans too, specially the upper hidden part which other cleaning company never did! They got the dirt and dog hair off of everything. My dog walked around and they were very nice to him while working. At the end of cleaning they even asked me to check all the places they cleaned, which I found 100% cleaned and that's what their guarantee of service too. Two thumbs up!! They even charged me less than the original quote, why? Because they completed the job one hour earlier than what was quoted for! Wow, I don't think many companies out there would do that. This is the best cleaning company I have ever dealt with. Excellent with communication. You know exactly what you are getting and can always contact them should you have questions or comments. When the crew came, they were timely, friendly, and man did they work! They got to places I never thought of! Friendly to approach and tell 'Don't do this table, please' or 'This may need extra attention' but we basically stayed out of their way. And the finished product? WOW!!! We were thrilled! The Boardwalk Cleaning Company did a great job on cleaning out an apartment (Energy Corridor area) after move out. The manager, Alex, was especially attentive, double checking details and sending follow up email to clarify everything with me a couple of days in advance of the cleaning day. They are very professional and did a good job on our old house that we are preparing for sale. I like that they send you notifications and give you a courtesy call prior to starting work and after completing the job. The manager quoted us for 6-7 hours work of work but it ended up taking longer, but he did not charge us for that extra hour, which was very nice! read more
