I cannot advocate for red light therapy enough!! I have been battling psoriasis for most of my life and wish that I knew about the health benefits of red light therapy A LOT sooner. In just 3 weeks I saw a huge change in my skin and after 4 months of going consistency (4-5xs a week for 15mins) I saw and felt DRAMATIC changes. I was in so much pain (mentally and physically) in February and by the end of June I was confident enough to be rocking tank tops and shorts. Not only has it helped immensely with my psoriasis but red light therapy has also made a massive improvement on my forehead wrinkles. Also, I am a gym rat who works out 5-6xs per week, I noticed a difference in my muscle recovery time! I am a very holistic person. I do not put any prescribed over-the-counter medicines/ointments on my psoriasis, nor do I do Botox. Red light therapy will always be a part of my health/beauty routine!! read more

Glamour Glow is top notch, very clean, great customer service, and very knowledgeable about the beds, lotions and other services that are offered. They have a great selection of lotions to choose from that range in price so they don't break the bank. This place is a joke. That's putting it lightly. I arrived to my tanning session & was told I was no longer welcomed in the Glamour Glow because "I had sprayed oil in the their tanning room" during my previous visit. I had used the same $35 lotion I used at the 10 visits prior. It was absolute nonsense, I had sprayed nothing - not oil, not body spray, not hair spray - NOTHING. When I presented my lotion to ask why/how it was unacceptable, I was met with hostility. I was refunded for the remaining sessions that I had prepaid; and let them tell it, that was "doing me a favor". Find a different tanning salon and skip the nasty attitudes (which lingered each time I tanned). Who would think you would have to deal with this kind of nonsense from a tanning salon that shares a strip mall with Kmart, IN SALINAS. Unfortunate. I love supporting small businesses in my community but this is one I would highly recommend people pass on, which is the message I will communicate to my acquaintances & family. Love this tanning salon! The staff is always so friendly and helpful and they have so many different lotions to choose from. They also have the best beds I have personally tanned in since I've been on the peninsula. My skin is normally very pale, and their beds get you tan to the point where it looks so natural.
