Most of the staff is inexperienced with lumpy pedicures and old polish that they add thinner to. The staff is borderline rude and try to sell you everything in the shop except good friendly service. After going for over a year and still being treated like they didn't need or appreciate my money I finally got it and found another spa I actually like. TERRIBLE , I came in to get a acrylic set and they came out awful . I asked the guy who was doing my nails to color match the picture I showed him and he asked if one of the dip powders were good which was totally off from the picture as clear as day. So I asked for a beige color after the third time I gave up so I just told him the dip he picked was fine because it was closer but not the same . He clearly was frustrated that he had to find something I liked . After he found it he immediately told me it would be 83$ . When you see the picture you will understand why I'm mad for spending so much money on something that was nothing that I wanted . And when I was checking out he made it known he was looking at how much I would tip him so I just gave him a 20 because I felt under pressure . 100$ on the shittest nails ever , Run far away from this place not worth it . I like this place and come here often! As they've grown more popular though, the services seem less of an experience and more of a transaction. It's hit and miss, but anytime I've spoken and asked for a change (like getting that French tip just right!) they've done it happily, so that counts! There was one time my gel manicure bubbled/easily peeled the next day, but again I take some blame for not asking for it to be fixed... like making sure the polish covers all of my nail, and not allowing them to rush through the UV process. They will rush through your APPOINTMENT and not only that you make an appointment with one person and then they force you to be seen by someone else! They are SO unsanitary I got a fungus on my ring finger! They do not clean their foot tubs thoroughly they do not clean there tools BRIAN cut me and proceeded to use the same tools through the duration of my stay They push that stupid dip on you cause they can charge you more for it and then they all do a piss poor job at the application. I have been coming here for at least 4 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. The salon in clean, well managed with very friendly staff. They also stay up to date on new products and techniques. My regular routine is gel nails, adding a deluxe pedicure every other appointment. My regular technician is Amanda for nails and frequently Jennie for pedicure. I think this salon just got too busy. They are no longer careful. I got a full set right before I went on vacation and the polish was thick and clumpy. There was specks of polish on my skin around the nails. She did a design on 2 of my nails and didn't even ask me if I liked how it looked. I didn't have time to go back before I left on my trip so I had to get my nails re-done in New York when I got there and they looked gorgeous! I. Don't know what this place was thinking!! Advice is take your time with each customer and make sure they like their nails before pushing them out of the salon. read more

This is my regular nail salon, I enjoy the clean house friendly atmosphere. Well today was exceptionally exceptional! My Mother was in a car accident a few months ago and broke her ankle. She is still currently in a cast. However she is a beautiful diva who is very much use to pampering herself. Needless to say she has not been able to get her regular mani pedi's she is feeling well enough now to get her mani pedis but is in a wheelchair and still sporting a cast. You know what I like this little nail shop, I think it opened at the end of 2013 so everything is still new and in good shape. It has ten big comfy plush chairs for pedicures and a literal bar set-up where they do regular and gel manicures. There are two HD TV's normally set to the news or some type of Asian soap. The people are friendly and the service is fast. Everyone in the shop has decent English (for the most part) and seems to enjoy what they do. I like how they have laminated cards showing their different nail packages with prices clearly printed. If you know someone is not good at what they do, why let them work on people? I literally paid for my nails at the end with blood running on my finger. Every single finger is sore. Not impressed. I visited this salon once before and got the dip powder. They were thin, bumpy, and uneven. It lasted maybe 3 days before my nails chipped. I recently went back to give them the benefit of doubt and got a pedicure. My nails are not filed straight, I had to ask for an additional color coat because I could see the nail underneath, I had to ask for the nail polish that was all over my skin to be cleaned up. Finally, my toenails were touching on my other toes and messed up the polish and they didn't fix it. When I went in, they had a few other customers. I was seated right away. An older lady did my nails. She was very thorough, but also very slow. It took 90 minutes for a fill, so needless to say I was late coming back from my lunch. Thus the reason for the 4 star rating. Everything was very clean and they did a fabulous job. Almost a month later and I'm barely needing a fill as the color has lasted. I showed them a design from Pinterest and they duplicated it perfectly and even took their own pictures of my nails. I received a card for 20% off my next visit that I plan on using. I recently moved to Frisco TX and no one down here can compare to my nail tech Vin at this location. I would highly recommend anyone to go to him! I've been going to Vin since I was a young girl going in with my mom. That's over 12 years. He does an amazing job on any nail request: gel, acrylic, dipping powder, to regular nail painting! I've yet to have ANYONE do my nails as good as him! I recently visited my family in the Mesa area and we traveled 30 mins away just to get our nails done by him. Went here last week with a friend for pedicures for my birthday. We told the man who started my pedicure first we wanted the Glamor Girls Pedicure which was $46. It was a pretty quick pedicure and then he went on to my friends. He asked her what kind of pedicure she wanted and she said the same one she had the Glamor Girls. He asked what scent scrub she wanted and my friend asked did she get the scrub? I knew he didn't ask me which one I wanted. A different woman who was pregnant came to paint my toes when he started hers. She then chimed in and said "you got the one for $26 not $46." We both said no... when he asked which one we said the Glamor Girls and he asked 'for $46?' And we both said yes. They didn't offer to do that pedicure because he messed up or anything. My friend picked out a black nail polish for her pedicure and he painted her toes WHITE!!! I don't know where his head was but she didn't realize until after he was done. No offer to discount us or make it right at all. It was pretty disappointing to have this happen for my birthday. read more

FYI EVERYONE...Tyler and Amanda have SOLD THIS BUSINESS. Although it is under the same name there is a new owner and new workers. They do not value their customers the way Tyler and Amanda did. One guy in particular got way to familiar with me and upon my arrival put his hands on me!!! I had to immediately inform him to get his hands off of me and that I was his CUSTOMER!!!! The quality of the work is so bad now that my gel application had to be removed and totally reapplied to remove all the bubbles that appeared on my nails. I've been going to this place for about a year now and up until recently the service has been decent, nothing exceptional but it was worth it cause the price is somewhat decent. The last three times I have been there, three different technicians have done a terrible job. They've half-a***ed all three times. Today I went in for a gel manicure (had an appointment for dip powder, but I changed it mid-day to gel, WAY before my appointment) and one of their employees forgot to make the change in their system. They take me for the appointment after saying they won't be able to do a gel manicure tonight (which I thought to myself yeah, why not? Because I had called and made the change mid-day for an appointment that was at 6:15 p.m.). They take me in great but it's not like they were going out of their way, the appointment was already set regardless of whether it was for dip powder or for gel. I asked for a gel manicure even when I had come in and once I was seated the guy proceeds to get a buffer they use during full-sets and dip powder to take cuticles off when I had clearly said I wanted a MANICURE. I hate the buffer/drill thing because it damages the skin around my nails, I tell him this and he argues with me and says "that's not possible". I pick out my two colors and half way through he used a different silver color that was sitting on the counter and then says "you confuse me, why you want three colors" and my response, "I didnt pick 3, I picked 2 and I think you just used the wrong color". Long story short all of those interactions were with me brushing it off with "it's not a big deal" while this technician raised his voice and sounded irate. He yelled at me several times and in front of other customers till the end of the session. Long story short, I left the place almost in tears and I will never be going back there again. They are rude, they don't do a good job and their product is cheap. The dip powder has come off less than a week after I have gotten my nails done (this has happened 2 out of the 4 times I've gotten dip). Oh and if you tell them that - they'll sit there and argue with you. A response I previously got was "that doesn't happen with dip powder" (same technician as today!) Bottom line: their prices are ok, customer service is shitty, service in general is shitty and their products are cheap. You generally pay for what you get but at I mentioned it's not like their prices are super cheap. read more

I did the dip manicure and was very disappointed to find out that i spent $35 on the dip nails and that it had no additional service to it. First the guy who did my nails burned me on my finger then I wasn't happy with the colors so I asked to change it felt like he got a little irritated then he redid my nails a few times because the polish was clumpy then I asked to redo two nails because the polish looked awful but u got a sense of frustration and irritation so I just decided to leave and a lady did ask to redo it but there no reason I should have to redo a third time and then it cost 27$ no discount nothing I do not recommend this place there a few places around that u can go to.
