Chinh never ever fails. She is a true artist of her craft. She's been doing my nails for over 15 years and every-time I bring her a picture of what I want she never misses. I've been going here for nearly 6 years and the service is excellent every time. I moved to downtown a couple years ago and I still make the 30 minute drive to get my nails done here because they do an excellent job and the staff is always lovely. Chinh does my acrylics and they always last at least a month. Jimmy has excellent customer service as well. In high school I got in a car accident 2 days before prom and it was an hour before my nail appt. I called to let them know what happened and they stayed open an hour and a half late just so I could have my nails done for prom and they even offered me some egg rolls they had made. I heard great things about this place and it had been so since getting any type of nail service done so I made plans to take my daughter for pedicures. Jimmy answered the phone when I called to make an appointment and didn't even get my name so we were hoping to be the only ones to make an appointment at that time. They use the plastic bags in the feet sinks so I guess that means you don't have to clean clean the tub in between clients. The lady my daughter got seemed better than the guy I got. She actually paid attention and got a massage and I watched the lady take the time to clean any extra polish to clean up her toes. My dude didn't give me a massage at all, he kinda lightly rubbed the lotion and scrub on my shins and calves but no foot rub at all. After he was done, I noticed that my nails weren't straight and have polish on my toes...not just the nails. They tell everyone that they should get callus remover(use a grater and even used it above my heel and cut the bottom of my ankle), and try to get people to get the bigger packages to make more money. Tina transformed my feet from dust bunny to beauty queen. She sugar scrubbed and massaged her way into my heart y'all...no lie! I guess it required too much for the shop; I don't understand. I requested a Pedi and a full set with three colors. I stumbled upon this place as I was headed to the grocery store, and was drawn in by the sign advertising $18 hot stone pedicures. It was nearly 6:00 but they did not balk when I asked if they had time for a pedi. I picked out a color and was directed to a chair that had a plastic bag in the tub being filled. I have seen that some places charge extra for a new bag, but that seems to be standard practice here - which is a good thing. I got seated and a cold water bottle showed up for me without even asking about it. And they had a phone charge wired to the remote control if I needed it. That's really going the extra mile. I wound up agreeing to get a mani as well for only $10 more. I am happy with both services and this is going to be my new go-to salon for pedis. read more

Walked in and asked for a pedicure and manicure, got seated right away, but was left for 20 min in the pedicure chair until they were done with other clients. One of the female nail techs clipped my cuticles and made me bleed in 2 different sections. OUCH!!! It took 2.5 hours for a deluxe pedicure and a regular manicure. I upgraded to get the callas removal, and my calluses are still there. I won't be back. I will say that they gave me a nice cold bottle of water and their salon was very clean.
