came 25 minutes before close and they refuse service as they said they were closed meanwhile, door was unlocked. Lights are on and business says open till seven. Keep in mind. All I needed was a nails removed, which is a 10 minute service max glamour nails update hours respectfully it's BS wasted my gas coming to support your business. I won't be back. read more

Customer service at Glamour Nails in Meridian, ID is lacking. I felt like the nail tech (Kim) did not value me as a customer because she didn't speak a word to me. No one had a smile on their face and when I moved to the pedicure area, I wa s asked to sit in a chair with a basin that had not been cleaned after the prior customer had left. I pointed out the tub had not been cleaned and then they moved me to another space for my pedicure. read more

Long story short I HAD to get my nails done today and after walking in to 3 other places which were all booked I found this hidden gem. They were so helpful and got me in. Kim was extremely helpful and nice and was able to even get me in for a pedicure....awesome! Love the clean and inviting decor and was very happy. I have found my new nail "go to" place. read more

Well, my husband found this business based on good reviews. Maybe I just got a bad service provider, but the gentleman who did my nails gave me the worst mani pedi I've ever received. Nails were still rough, and polish was thin and see-through. It also didn't match my toes like it was supposed to. My heels were left rough, and the massage part of the pedicure was sorely lacking. I'm still looking for a great salon and service. read more

Stay away!!!! Worst place I have been to in a long time. Went in for a manicure and the lady butchered my nails and got angry that I did not want to agree to put gel Nails on. Would not do the french manicure I wanted and my polish was globed on and looks like crap. When asked to fix it the lady refused. I would have walked out without paying had I not had my sons GF with me. read more

I've gone here a couple times now for acrylic fills. I originally had issues with my shape the first time, but the fill was well executed and lasted a very long time. I came in today to get another fill with gel and glitter design. It looks really pretty. One area on my right thumb wasn't filled well and is coming up on the side. I didn't catch it before I left. The owner is really sweet and talented, she calls you by your name, squeezes you in same day, and has fair prices. This is a no-frills place but filled with very sweet people. read more

I just moved to the area and was looking for a great nail place, well, I found it! Been in twice so far, they do a great job and mostly friendly. Small shop by nice decor. Good ambience. Nails look great and are done quickly. No lifting or breaks. I have wished for more colors to be offered or to have the paint on the plastic nail samples but hopefully in time. Moved to Nampa from out of state 2 years ago and have yet to find a nail salon that checked all the boxes -until today. I called on a Friday morning and got an appointment for my pedicure in the early afternoon. I arrived right on time, picked my color and sat down in the first spa chair (there were 4 or 5, I think). The chair was clean and in working order, foot soak right temp, and Bill did a great job - gentle, thorough, and took care not to cause pain on my 7-months foot surgery scar area. No big frills, but massage chair, foot and leg massage, hot towel, and my toes look and feel great! People were professional and friendly. Worth the 25-minutes from south Nampa! I'll be back. I am so impressed! I have been looking for a new nail salon after my last experience at another shop in Meridian. I have had several people recommend Glamour Nails, so I decided to give them a try. I called to make an appointment for a fill and they were able to get me in that same day. Yay! When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by both people who were working (I later found out that they are the owners, Kim & Billy). Kim told me to pick my nail color and told me that Billy would be the one doing my nails. Billy asked if I was happy with the current shape & length of my nails and I told him that I was not. I explained what happened at the other shop & said that I wasn't sure what, if anything, could be done to fix the mess that was on my fingers. I told him that they were supposed to have been coffin shaped, but it didn't happen. He told me that he could fix them & I could do coffin or stiletto shape. I was so happy!!! I decided to do stiletto. Billy quickly & meticulously fixed and reshaped my nails. He created a prefect stiletto! I was so impressed! He did great work. The atmosphere & energy at the shop is great! The owners know most of the clients by name. They are really friendly and funny. It's nice to see everyone having a good time chatting & relaxing while getting their nails done. In addition to nail services, they offer waxing and eyelash extensions. The prices are reasonable & the workmanship can't be beat. I took my daughter here for her birthday and our experience was garbage. I called ahead and was told that we wouldn't need a reservation, just come on in. When we got there we were told that they didn't have time for us. So we made a reservation for a couple of hours later. (Try telling an excited 3 y/o that we have to come back later) When we returned for our reserved time, they were STILL too busy for us. So we waited an additional 15 minutes in the waiting area. My daughter picked out two colors for her nails. Eventually a woman came out, told us she'd only be using one of the colors and made my daughter sit on a stack of magazines in the waiting area to get her nails painted. That was it-didn't get to sit at the counter or in a nail chair, didn't get her toes done, nothing. The woman didn't even try to check us out, she simply walked away and sat with another customer. Luckily I'd asked the price earlier so I walked over to her, gave cash and then left. I felt so bad for my poor baby, and her spoiled birthday nail surprise. How hard is it to be nice to a little girl on her birthday, especially when you're being PAID. Terrible customer service. read more

I am 8 months pregnant with a toddler, so foot maintenance is not on my top to-do. I went and I got my toes done at the end of June. We are now in august and my toes still look great (except the grow out part). I got gel and have had no chips or cracks. They seem a bit more expensive, but they are worth the price. This use to be my go to nail place when I still lived in Meridian. I live in San Diego now, and I still have a hard time finding a place that I love as much as Glamour Nails. I also use to take my grams here, she likes her nails a certain way. I cant remember the woman's name now, but she was always great with my grandma (she has dementia, and I'm really sensitive about her.) Anyways, I plan on going back when I go home for New Years!
