With no one else there and no long wait, I couldn't understand why the only 2 people who worked there wouldn't give me more than 2 minutes to pick a color for my mani/pedi. With no time to look at the many color options, I just defaulted to my go to which is just a light, bright pink. Instead I got a very warm, mauve pink which isn't what I wanted but with the language barrier, it was tough to communicate that I wanted something different. Gel Mani: this was super rushed. My cuticles were given less than 3 min to soak in warm water before she went at them rather aggressively. I left with two bleeding cuticles. Mint lotion with no massage and my hands didn't feel any more moisturized than when I walked in. Regular Polish Pedi: also rushed and a very whatever experience. Again, she did not give my cuticles enough time soak before going at them - left with one bleeding cuticle. The hot towels that were used to wipe off the body scrub used for the leg massage was a nice touch. On both the mani and the pedi - NO cuticle oil was used. I have never has a mani/pedi without cuticle oil. This is a basic service in any mani/pedi and I was absolutely floored that it wasn't included. My daughter had a slightly more enjoyable experience but the elements of a mani/pedi that make it feel special still weren't there. $215 for two mani/pedis that weren't even up to standard let alone the luxurious experience anyone would expect for paying over $100 per person for a gel mani and a regular polish pedi. Over priced, below par, and the whole place also felt run down. I don't recommend it - book your appointment elsewhere.

I am welcomed in every time that I come (which has always been on time - it's important to be punctual here as they are very busy!), usually by Phi. On my most recent visit, I booked a mommy-daughter pedicure and they ensured that our chairs together. The new chairs are quite fancy...very comfortable and I love that the massage options are easy to select and understand. We chose the deluxe pedicure with regular nail polish at $55. It was well worth the price considering how masterful Phi trimmed my nails, cuticles and then moved on to the multi-level scrubs, massage, heels and painting. I felt utterly pampered. What a wonderful experience. I would recommend over and over again!
