I made the appointment for color gel nails for the Richmond location on labor day and mistakenly went to the Victory Blvd location.. the front desk lady was accommodating when I asked her if I could get it done in this location. She told me it would be 10-15 mins wait, which I don't mind. Upon seated on the waiting area, she brought the nail sample booklets for me to pick my choices of nail colors. It was my first time going to a nail salon to get nails done and I did not know what to expect. My nail tech was Elaine. She buffed, filed and shaped my nails (she asked what kind of nail shape I wanted before shaping my nails). In the end I picked out 2 nail colors (and if I wanted to pick additional colors, that will be extra charge) and the process was smooth. I really like how nails turned out! I would definitely return to this nail salon next time!

I've been looking around for a salon for a while and then I stumbled upon this place. I was very happy with the results. I LOVE my acrylic nails. The shape is perfect my nails came out even better than I expected. I looked over to see how everyone else's nails were turning out and it all just looked great. The girls here do a fantastic job. They pay attention to detail and don't rush through the job. I'll definitely be back.

Love this place every time I come here. YoYo does my powder gels and they always come out fantastic. Everybody is always super accommodating and friendly, the place is always clean, and my nails are awesome, all for a reasonable price. I'm not sure what else you could ask for in a nail salon. I definitely recommend Glamour Nails.

Went to go get my nails done with Sophie first thing I asked was what shape would like nice with me almond or tapered I noticed she got mad and rolled her eyes and said it's your shape idk with the most attitude I remained calm and thought maybe she is just having a bad day so I showed her picture of both shapes and said would you be able to do this or this? Her response "don't show me pic your nail is different no your nail bed is big won't look the same" I said but you did this for me before I showed her a picture again she responded with an attitude saying I don't care don't ask me. I grew uncomfortable and didn't want to make a scene so I said let me just get the almond shape. She then proceeded to do my nails. I asked her to file them down just a slight she files them down SOO much it looked ridiculous. I said kindly I'm sorry but it's too short now,( I know how I sound and I know I'm being that annoying customer) so I apologized several times I even offered to pay extra to just fix it and add extension she said no I'm not doing your nails you can talk to the front desk (mind you I have a whole other hand that has long nails and one hand that has short) so I'm like how about my nails? Who is going to finish she goes idc don't ask me you can ask the front I'm not doing it. I spoke to the front lady explained the situation she said let me try to talk to her she continued to refuse then the front desk told me no one else is available I said okay but I need these nails off or something I can't leave like this. She said you have to wait 20 minutes for someone to take them off I waited. Then she said Sophie will remove them for me. I just agreed because I needed to leave that place I felt very uncomfortable. She spent 25 minutes or so removing all my nails when she could've have spent that same time to just fix my one hand. I loved this place until today. I am very disappointed and in shocked that I got this treatment today. I use to recommended all my friends to her now I changed my mind and will not ever recommend anyone to go to her. Please do something about your staff's manners and respect to others. Thank you.

Just got a basic and simple gel color and very happy with the work. Amazing service and friendly staff. Leo did my nails and a PHENOMENAL job at that. My nails just went through battle recently and he made them look human again lol. He's so helpful and patient which is so rare these days.

I brought three friends with me to this location, I usually go to Richmond Avenue, but they were too busy there. We all drove there in one car and arrived 15 min late and the lady at the receptionist gave us a huge attitude saying that we're all late...well we all came in the same car so yes we were late at the same time. I've been late once at the richmond avenue location for about 20 minutes and they just got me started as soon as I got there. Then the lady at the front desk gives us some more attitude and goes "the system is so messy, none of your friends left their numbers just a name, I have to input each of them" well...when I called to book at richmond they only asked me for my friends name so it's their own problem their system is messy. Plus, why does it matter if my friends are inputted into their system if they dont even want to go back there anymore after all this fuss being made. Our mani/pedi experience was okay, I just didnt really like the design I ended up having on my nails. The daisy looks like a white spider to me. In the end when we're paying at the front desk, they lady made us all pay separately even though one of my friend had cash and was going to pay for all of us. The lady made my friend pay for each one of us separately because she said "you're paying in cash so there is a 10%" which is not a good explanation for why we should pay separately if one person had the cash because 10% off the total or 10% off each one of our services IT'LL END UP BEING THE SAME PRICEEE!! P.S my friend actually realized she got a cut from them the next morning after her pedi there....terrible service.

This is the first time I went to this nail salon with my friends, and I usually enjoy any nail salon that I got to, but this place wasn't relaxing and very unprofessional at all. The minute I step into the nail salon with my friends, the receptionist was like y'all 15 mins late. First of all, that is not supposed to be the first thing that comes out of a receptionist's mouth the minute people step into a professional setting where customer comes first. Secondly, since a receptionist is the first person that customers interact with, they should really fix their attitude and tone towards any kind of customers because that's not how you run business. For a place that takes appointments, and for the price. I wouldn't come here again because the level of professionalism. I got a pedicure and the lady that did my toes looks like she doesn't wanna be here, she didn't ask me any questions and just did what she wanted to do. And the worst part is, she cut my big toe, I have never in my life got cut while getting a pedicure. I was overall unsatisfied with my experience with glamour nails at the Victory Blvd location.

I originally had an appointment at the location on Richmond Avenue and I made a mistake by scheduling my sister and mines appointments too far apart for that day. So the girl called me to make sure I realized my mistake, I didn't of course so she called the location on victory and set us up with our tips and pedicures ! The service was great ! It's so pretty in there and feminine. Everyone is so nice. Elaine did my French tips, she's phenomenal and so tedious. She really took her time with me and made sure it looked good ! I would honestly not want to try anywhere else. My pedicure is very good as well! *** if you pay with cash you get 10% off *** **no massage chairs but if you get a manicure they give you a massage. It was very relaxing lol. (The girl at the front desk let me know that if I make the white on my French higher for the first time, the next time I come I will only have to pay $35 instead of $55 for my fill in because the white will still be there and I will only need to fill in the pink)
