First off, I hate that the current cover photo features a horrible outdated pedicure job... Don't be deterred by this, it's 2021 and this place is actually really great. Anna and Cindy were two of the best nail techs my cousin and I have had, and we are from NY and FL! The staff is so friendly and they are honest and realistic with what they can and cannot do. We originally asked if they can do a pink to white ombre with dip but because they usually only do it through acrylic, they were open to suggesting other styles. I went with a white dip with gold glitter accents on the bottom and and up loving it! Anna did my manicure and she was patient with my requests and paid attention to detail. My nails grow out unevenly and become mis-shaped, some are way longer than others. They are naturally short but I requested for Anna to do an almond shape, and she delivered... we called it 'baby almond' :) I also hate getting dip sometimes because it comes out way too thick and looks like bubble buttons... Anna buffered my nails down perfectly- I was so happy with the turnout! The establishment is very spacious, clean, and as visitors for the weekend, we were relieved to see everyone masked up as we are still in this pandemic. It seems like this is a go-to place for pedicures- we came in on a Friday afternoon and their pedicure seats were all full. If I'm ever visiting family in again, I will definitely be back. I got acrylics with shellac polish done by Amy. They lasted a day before my thumb nail chipped because she did not seal the free edge. It took four days before my middle finger broke in half all while on vacation. I went to get them fixed and sat in her chair. She asked me would I like it fixed. I said yes and proceeded to watch this lady do the laziest job. She takes absolutely no pride in her work. If you go here please schedule an appointment with Lee. Trust me. I am a regular here and normally just get my toes done, today I got a full set and they turned out horrible, very bulky I would have just bought press ons to look better than this, it was a young man that did it for me. I went in to get my dip soaked off and I left with an infection. I woke up the next day with a red, swollen finger and it leaked puss a few days later. I'm a nurse, therefore have really good hand hygiene and know what infection looks like. First and last time I'll ever go there. NOT safe for the public. read more

Not happy with the service today. Spending almost 4 hours in the nail salon was not how I pictured my day. I would have been worth it if my nails looked like I spent that much time on them. My daughters nails did not come out the way she requested. We got there at the same time but she had to wait about 40 minutes before anyone helped her. I'm am just not happy with the service today. This is the first nail salon I've been to in Lubbock, and I wasn't disappointed. We we're offered bottled water as soon as we sat down in the chairs. Rosa, who did my friend's nails, made sure we were comfortable and moved our purses so water wouldn't splash on them. So sweet! The pedicure was absolutely amazing. It was the most thorough pedicure I've ever had, and for a great price. I love the way my toes look! I also got a manicure with shellac polish for $30. Bigh (I hope I'm spelling his name correctly) did a wonderful hand and forearm massage and a great job on my nails. I gave four stars instead of five for two reasons: 1. I had absolutely no idea what I was paying. Most places I've been to have a menu to look at while picking, and I never saw one. The price was amazing, but it would have been nice to know before paying. 2. The gentleman that did my nails constantly looked at the TV! It was fine when the TV was behind me while doing my pedicure, but he constantly kept buffing my nails or pushing my cuticles back while he was turned away from me and watching TV. Definitely not the most professional behavior. I will definitely be coming back, but I'll probably request Rosa next time. read more

I have been to this salon 4 times in the last 3 months and have been completely satisfied. The salon is clean and nicely arranged for a personalized experience. I took pictures off of Pinterest of how I wanted my nails and they matched them perfectly. I haven't once had a technician that could not communicate in English. My daughters and I have been going to this salon for three years and have always been very pleased, sadly that was not at all the case for me recently. I wanted a shellac manicure with two colors, the technician was very rude and told me that it was a lot more work for her and it would cost extra, I asked how much and she said it would be $50. I asked her what the regular cost of a shellac manicure was and she said $35. While I was deciding what I wanted to do, she very rudely ordered me to "make a decision". I said I would do just one color rather than two, even though what I actually wanted was the two colors as I told her initially, and she said it would be $40. I am unsure why it went from being $35 to $40 as she had told me before. I was also planning to get a pedicure but with regular polish rather than shellac. Once she finished the manicure, she told me to go to the other room for my pedicure and to take the polish with me. I reminded her I wanted regular polish for the pedi rather than the gel used for shellac, she very abruptly and rudely said "I know!", interrupting before I could even finish my sentence. This woman was not wearing a staff t-shirt like the other technicians, and seemed to perhaps be a manager or possibly even owner, which makes this situation even more disturbing. I am extremely upset with the way I was treated by this employee. She was very unprofessional and extremely rude. It makes me sad to say my daughters and I will be taking our business elsewhere because of this individual. Also, I called to get pricing for a shellac manicure the next day and was told it's $30, proving she over charged me for the manicure I got. This woman's behavior was unprofessional and absolutely unacceptable. read more

The guy who did mine and my mother's dip took about 2 hours each. My dip is starting to chip and there are small bumps and lines/creases on a few of them. As for my pedicure, the lady who did mine was very nice and attentive. The massage was great and my toe nails look amazing! My fist pedicure was a success thanks to her! read more

This places has exceeded my expectations and mine are pretty high. The prices are not bad at all for what you receive and the margarita are the delicious. This is the place you go to if you don't want go to your typical teenage nail spot but you don't want go to your grandma's day spa. This place really finds a way to deliver a happy medium. I went back to tell them because my shellac came off on 3rd day but the lady there just didn't say anything or apologize. I also didn't see where they clean and sterilize the equipments. I got the powder dip on my nails and Rosa did an amazing job. She took her time and it shows on my nails. Very clean inside and every employee that walked by me was extremely nice. They are fairly new but definitely the best place in Lubbock. Not only did they do an amazing job, but they were cheaper than most. I will go there from now on. read more
