The service I received here was horrific! My lashes didn't last 48 hours for $112. I reached out to my tech that same evening of service via text to and to company the next day and sent pictures. The customer service rep/ receptionist explained to me that they would fix my lashes, but unfortunately that same day I tested positive for Covid and couldn't go in until negative. Now here we are 8 days after me talking with her, and they refuse to fix lashes or refund my money. I feel cheated, ripped off, and just plainly done wrong. I sent them pictures of what my lashes looked like 48 hrs after getting them, but they claim that the tech told me that she couldn't do my lashes because of a gap. This was my first visit there, if this was their recommendation why would I proceed anyway in place new to me? I asked to speak with Tanya the owner on day 2, day 5, and again today, but was told by the receptionist that she's the only one who handles customers' complaints. Keep your money and go to a place with business integrity, great customer service, and awesome professional skills. I explained to Kristin, even if there was only a gap or 2 in my lashes...how does she reconcile the fact that my lashes are 90% gone and "today" is day 10 since my service. That's not because of gaps, that's because of poor technique. I told her that this is a horrible way to do business and when I told her that I was writing my experience in this review, she hung up on me. I've posted below my pics I sent them 48 hrs after my $112 service, which includes their original apology and promise to fix when they saw the pics. I truly wish that they had just simply refunded my money, had a different tech repair my lashes(like they said they would), or just simply told me when I arrived that my requested service was not possible give the skill set of my assigned lash tech. I truly love the location that I regularly receive my service at, but it's over an hour away, and I was just hoping that myself and my 6 friends who all go there together had finally found a great place within 15 minutes of us all. This is my first time getting lashes in 8-9 years. I wanted to make an appointment here with glamour lash because of the good reviews but unfortunately they didn't have any appointments available so they sent me to their other location in Riverside - Dazzle me. So this review is for them, since I can't find their yelp page. Took me a week to write this review. But it was definitely the worst experience I've ever had. I was laying down for three hours, (first time getting lashes took about less than two hours) One eye looks almond shaped and the other looks round shaped with the lashes application. The inner corner of my left eye is clump up with a lot of lashes and the inner corner of my right eye has less lashes and do not match or bend in with the rest of lashes (they seem short). Also on the right eye the lashes on the outer corner keep sticking up giving the illusion that the lashes was glued onto my lid (it isn't, but it's annoying) and it seems to be a different texture that one or two fan is extremely curly compare to the others. I wanted to get lashes because the girls at my work have amazing beautiful looking ones. But my lashes are not it. What made my experience worst was when the lash technician was speaking to another technician that the glue she was using on me wasn't working, and isn't the best (some sports glue). The only reason she was using it was because Kristen from the other location recommended it. Made me more uncomfortable after they said she doesn't do leashes. So it was nice to know I'm spending 120 on lashes with glue that wasnt working. And the technician being open about it. And sure enough my lashes are already falling off. And I doing my best to follow the after care instructions like no oils around the eyes, steam, wash, and I do brush them. To be honest I'm embarrassed with these lashes and going else where to get them fixed. read more

This place is way over priced and the owner, Tanya is not good. She did both my lashes and eyebrows. My lashes didn't last a week and when I returned she over charged for a touch up because so many were missing. My brows had been previously tattooed and I needed them refreshed. She said it would be easy. Not only did they not look refreshed but she outlined them and it was missing spots on the outline. I came back to give her a chance to correct the outline and NO...it didn't take again!??? I had told her I wanted a refund if she couldn't fix. She promised she could fix...she failed. When I tried to contact her, I was told she had to take some time off and wasn't available. What kind of customer service is that? Also, they require a $25 deposit to book an appointment but you never get it back when you stop making appointments. Glamour Lashes is a total scam! My recourse will be to notify State Licensing. AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!! Tanya was so amazing and accomodating to the fact that I was unsatisfied with another lash artist and was worried about trying a new place. However, I was set-up with Linda who was so welcoming and understanding of how I wanted my lashes. She took the time to take out my old lashes that were starting to twist and turn, while a previous place I had gone to would just leave them in. Linda was super meticulous and patient. When i first got into their place, they have a really nice place and i thought it's gonna be a new favorite place (i just moved to Beaumont from OC so i needed to find a new lash place) The first thing that kinda annoy me, i've been having 15D curl for my lash for the past 2 years now, so i know what i want, but they kinda make the conversation as if it was not gonna look good or something. Yet i know that's what i want and what i like. I had my old lash removed, the process of removal was fine, what worried me, i felt like i was having my lash done by a trainee or student (im not sure). She asked so many questions to the other lash artist (i think she's the coach or teacher) so basically the other artist was the one telling her which lash to use, what type, and how to do it. I ended up using 0.15 for 15D, which in my head was already too thin bcs i want a glamour and full look that will open up my eyes. So as per usual, i use the time when i get my eyelashes done to relax and sleep. Then i woke up because they're talking non-stop to each other so i couldn't sleep and relax and by that time, someone who did my lash is already the coach (i mean, does that mean the girl before was doing a terrible job at it??) then i felt kind of burning so i told them and they cooled my eyes down with a small fan. It felt better but my eyes felt weird. But i shrug it off. Then i open my eyes to see the result, i'm not satisfied. It's too thin and each hair is shiny which make it look too fake. But i didn't mean to write them bad review until i got home and my eyes still felt so weird, and i couldn't stop touching my eyes. Last night i saw my eyes were so red and they hurt so bad esp my left eye. Now my left eye can't stop tearing and it hurts. You can use your money for some other place or something else. I go back and forth with this place. I used to go to Tayna because anyone else who didn't my lashes always came out terrible. But I don't like driving to their Riverside location when the Moval one is like 8 minutes from me. So I decided to give another lash tech a try. I was first set up with Londy. I didn't like my lashes but I was trying to force myself to stick with them because I didn't want to find another lash tech. I ended up seeing her almost on a weekly basis because my eyelashes kept falling out!! :( she used too thick of bundles on my thin lashes making them even more thinner and weaker. Then she told me to stop getting lashes because I keep losing lashes. I've gotten lashes for years when I lived in LA and I never encountered the problems I had with Londy's lashes. I was going to give this place 1 star for that. I removed my lashes and then just got another full set for my wedding this weekend. This time I had them done by Yvette and I cannot say it enough. I found this place because I saw it on Groupon. I made an appointment which they sent me a confirmation email and then the day before my appointment, I got a reminder email and my appointment was pushed back half an hour. This usually wouldn't be a problem if they would have contacted me, but I was leaving out of state that day so I wish they would have asked me if this time change was okay. The lady working in the front desk was nice and friendly. Not only was my appointment 30 minutes later than I scheduled, but I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for whatever reason. This was my first time getting lash extensions so I didn't really know exactly what to ask for so I told the lady I wanted longer and fuller lashes but not too long. After the appointment I saw my lashes and they were definitely longer, just not fuller but they still looked nice so I said thank you, paid, tipped, and went about my day. I made sure to follow the procedures to care for my eyelashes because I wanted them to last as long as possible but that didn't happen. One of the lashes turned upside down the second day. My lashes began falling out little by little but by day 4 or 5 my lashes were 80% gone. One week after my appointment my lashes were about 90% gone so I made a last minute appointment to get them done again because they just looked so bad! I ended up getting them done by Tanya, the owner and they looked SO much better and also lasted way longer! So I recommend that if you go to Glamour Lash, ask for Tanya! The lady who did my lashes was awesome. She took her time(almost took a nap lol) but, I did appreciate that because that meant she actually placed attention to my lashes. I asked for a natural curl C and I believe she used 10-14mm sizes. I'm leaving it at 4 stars because this my first week. I got them done of Saturday morning 25th of May and it is now Saturday morning 1st of June. I feel like they have lasted me more than other lashes, but hopefully they last a full 2 weeks. If they at least 2 weeks and I'll come back and change it to 5 stars. Also I believe they have 2 week free touch up so I am going to try to see if they value their word. My lashes last a good three weeks, but I take really good care of them. I try not to wash them everyday after 48 hours. Yvette is very friendly and easy to talk to. GlamourLash offers beautiful eyelashes. Two weeks later, mine still look great. However, I wish I could say something nice about their customer service, hence the 1 star. It is the worst! The receptionist lady has an awful attitude, completely unhelpful and drags her words to even respond. Now their lashes aren't cheap. So if you're paying so much money for a full set (150$) shouldn't you expect good customer services. On my first time calling to simply make an appointment I said something like "I will call you back to see if that time works." Her response was: "I need your credit card number to charge you a 25$ fee if you miss your appointment." Like, uh, lady I'm not handing you my credit card number just because you want it. Secondly, I found them on Groupon for 75$, made my appointment and another woman said not to buy it online but just to mention Groupon and they would honor it. Got my lashes, went to reception to pay, mentioned Groupon, and she charged me 85!!! Not the 75 as advertised. So false advertising here. Just awful. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK. There are other places that also offer beautiful lashes, with exceptional customer service, and without the attitude. read more

It was my first time getting lash extensions and after reading all the horror stories I was scared of what I was getting myself into. Maria was the best! I originally wanted a cat eye, but she recommended a fanned out, natural look to compliment the shape of my face and help me look more awake. I found this salon via yelp and although nervous to try someone new (I've been seeing my lash lady in OC for over a year) I was in desperate need of a last minute fill before a week-long vacation.
