The In your dreams technician is excellent and kind when I completed my eyeliner tattoo , however, I ran into an issue because my skin is slightly thinner. So my healing process was a bit longer due to some slight irritation ( technician explained skin thinness, which I was already aware of my skin type when it was explained by my doctor) However, when I scheduled my follow up appt, which was about 2 months later ( policy is 3 months) , I requested a bit more time time which was recommended by my dermatologist ( I'm not proned to skin sores just a bit longer to heal due to delayed wound healing phases In the beginning, the technician immediately responded to messages, but once I mentioned my eyelid skin issue she recommended for me to go to physician and never responded back I understand the sensitivity of aesthetic work, however, at least be profressional and answer client questions and concerns I'm not requesting my money back , just my follow up retouch possibility for my 3 month mark as emphasized on the Instagram policy Despite of technician having 10 years of experience, it doesn't mean she understands all skin types I didn't appreciate the lack of response and technician did not even ask for pictures of my eye lids .. Ten months ago, I made one of the best decisions for my appearance. I've always had thin eyebrows (the nineties hit me at a vulnerable age), and after over-trimming them, they never grew back. I spent a few weeks texting back and forth with the gal who runs the place about what I wanted as far as procedure and colour. I wanted a green eyeliner and only on the top. She did a great job!! Because it was on my eyelids she put a numbing cream on them and it helped but it did still hurt some. The touch up stung more than the original but it came out totally lovely. I first went to Alejandra in January 2022 for microblading and lip blushing and I just received my 2.5 year touch up for both a couple of weeks ago. I've had many beauty treatments over the years, but microblading was one of the biggest game-changers for me because of how Alejandra shaped my eyebrows. I had skinny, straight brows and now they are arched, appear voluminous, and most importantly for me, are natural-looking. It has harmonized my face so well and she's great with color matching. There's a reason plastic surgeons frequently recommend people to get microblading before they go for a brow lift (and really, my eyebrows look so lifted from the microblading compared to how they were before). I was anxious when I first went to get microbladed because of the horror stories surrounding people who get poor color matches or bad shaping, but I saw consistently natural, quality work on Alejandra's Instagram and I am no exception in that her work turned out beautifully. The lip blushing looks lovely as well. I have some slight lip asymmetry (it's not noticeable to most people, but it is noticeable to me) so I really love that lip blushing is an option to mitigate that. I look like I have some slight lip liner on all the time and I love the effect. I also appreciate Alejandra's bedside manner, she's so sweet and makes you feel welcome. She lets you know what's about to happen at each step of the way and she's great at matching your energy whether you're in a more subdued or chatty type of mood. I am so thankful to have found Alejandra via Instagram! I originally had my eyebrows microbladed by her back in 2017 and recently went back to her this yr for ombré eyebrows and lip tint. She is very thorough and uses a mapping technique to show you EXACTLY what your brows will look like! I never had to request her to change anything like shape or size but that would be the time to do it. Not AFTER her work is completed. Even so once she is done she hands you a mirror and asks your thoughts to ensure you are happy and satisfied. I have a pretty low pain tolerance when it comes to my face and she has always been extremely kind and patient and adds more numbing cream when needed to ensure my comfort. She has several years experience and her photos are NOT fake or stolen from other pages. I find the accusations made on the one and only bad review to be hilarious and tacky. Everyone is entitled to post their own experiences but when you start bashing someone's reputation with groundless accusations it's quite shameful. I've attached two photos one from a week after service no makeup on brows or lips. Second picture is a month after. I do have lipstick but no makeup on brows. Lastly I've attached an embarrassing pic of what my brows looked like before lol!
