Decent Lash Spot! I got my lashes done this past Friday and I asked for the 3d lashes. They ended up being sparser than what I wanted/assumed with 3d. They were super natural looking, which I liked, but I would have preferred them to be fuller if possible. However, it's now Monday and 1/3 the lashes came out. I've had lashes before and understand how important maintenance and lash care is for retention. But I've never had my lashes last this short, even with being super natural looking. Not even 72 hours which is disappointing. I'm used to getting fills every 2-4 weeks usually 3 weeks. The lady who did my lashes was very sweet and gentle. The place was super clean, the tables are extremely comfy, and they play calming soft music which I liked. I'm just really sad they didn't even last a week. Still debating on getting a fill, as I don't want them to only last 3 days again. They offered me a $10 discount on the fill. The fill went beautifully and I was very happy with the results! However I've noticed the lashes still fall out very quickly, after 6-7 days about 30-40% of my lashes are gone and I don't have the time to get fills each week. Also some are placed oddly and curl opposite to the lashes even when brushed with a spooly. Overall beautiful lashes but the bad lash retention makes it difficult to absolutely love. read more

I have been coming here for a couple of years now and each time the experience is more and more like home. The atmosphere is absolutely fabulous comfortable and relaxing. Kristy does my lashes for most of this year, but my from my past experience with another technician they are all great but my schedule changed so I had to change who did them and I am not disappointed she does an amazing job! No good communication, eyes burned more than other places, expensive and don't do refills if it's a day over a month.

1. The owner needs to take care of their appointment system. Yelp let me booked an appointment at 11:30 for Thursday the 11th but when I called the receptionist said I had no appointment. While I was there, another customer came in for her 12 appointment, which also seems to be none existence. That customer said that she had called and spoken to Remi. You have to call and double check for your appointment here. 2. I'm not sure if this place is rush or just fast, but I my mega volume fill was under one hour. I came in around 11:15 and was done before 12:20. I wasn't sure if Angela was rushing because of the next appointment, but I have never had such a fast fill before. My lashes are sparsed. I have attached a picture below. I'm sure she might have glue multiple natural lashes together, there's no extra lashes left but my eyes DOES NOT look like MEGA VOLUME. I really didn't want to cause a scene knowing her other appointment is already here. I asked if she really gave me Mega Volume Fill, she poitned at the Cat eyes picture and said that's what on the menu. Tbh I really feel like I was ripped off, my lash did not look Mega/ Volume at all. 3. It's $110 for a Mega Volume Fill, + $10 for colored lash. While I was checking out on the iPad Angela had looked over and saw I didn't leave a tip on card, and asked "are you going to tip with cash?" I always tip in cash knowing how it is, but for her to look over and pressure me, makes me feel super uncomfortable. Already feeling like I was ripped off with a fast service but I still tipped $20. So it came out to $140 in total. You tell me. I really wanted to like this place. One day passed and I already have lashes falling off. If the lashes don't last I will write another review. read more

Got my lashes done yesterday (5/12) and they look NOTHING like what I wanted. Disappointed in the outcome. Now I have to wait for them to fall out before getting them done at another place. Didn't get her name, however she sat at the second station from the front door. Her skills do not provide similar results to the images they have on the wall. Will NEVER go back. I had my lashes done by Angela, or that's who I booked my appt with. I booked my appt for 3D lashes, when I got there she asked me what length and what lashes I wanted. I pointed to the 3D and some how needed up with 6D which cost even more. During the whole thing my eyes were burning, when I told her she just moved the tape around on my eyes. After 2 hours of getting them put on I opened my eyes and they were extremely red and hurt so bad. I left and ended up crying in my car cause they looked so bad and hurt so bad. They next day I had to get them removed cause the lash glue cause chemical burns to my eyes cause Angela taped my eyes open. I ended up in urgent care and had to miss work today cause I can't see. I wasted my money and time because of their lack of knowledge. Please do your research before deciding to get this done. read more

Returning customer to Remi of over 20+ times (the number of times I've returned just speaks for itself and also just booked her again for the weekend and realized I've been coming to her for a year now without writing a review somehow?!) I'm a OC native that moved out to the IE last year and while there's an endless list of great lash techs out in the Orange County area, her work is even better than all the other 7+ different salons I've visited over the decade. She's always honest about how heavy we can go depending on the condition of my lashes (boo Asian lashes) and always makes sure I'm happy with her work before leaving which I greatly appreciate. I've even brought in my mother-in-law while she was visiting from out of town and she loved her work so much she's said she wants to get them done by her with every visit now!) Remi is honestly just awesome overall as a person as well so if you do book her, make sure to tip accordingly! I went to see Remi to get a full set of lashes and before we got started I let her know that I was a certified lash tech. If you know the proper technique for ideal eyelash placement, then you know that the fake eyelash should be placed in ONE real eyelash. Not two or three. This technique helps your eyelashes stay healthy. Right away I noticed that she doesn't separate the lashes individually and she uses a lot of glue!. She even admitted to me of not being able to remove a eyelash that was misplaced because she had used a lot of glue. smh. I had to go to another lash tech to remove those eyelashes since the glue was scratching my eye. Long story short... If you want cheap eyelashes/glue and don't care about keeping your eyelashes healthy, then this is the place for you. Update: the owner is texting me at 9:30pm harassing me about this review. Update: she keeps changing her response to my review. They offer you discounts if you write a nice review for them, that's why you have so many people on here giving them 5 stars and some fake reviews on here. It really pains me to write this review. I do not want to hurt this business, but I feel this is a matter of safety. I am a licensed Esthetician & also a lash artist myself. Obviously, I can't do my own lashes so I took some time to research and pick a good business. This place caught my eye because of the verified license badge, & 5 star reviews. When I went in for my appointment I thought I'd make it easy and show a picture of exactly what I wanted. (Mega Volume Wispy Cat Eye) I was told she couldn't do it because she "doesn't have the materials." She told me she'd give me a lot of volume, it just wouldn't be "mega." (This was really annoying especially because it's advertised that they offer Mega Volume... but anyway) During the appointment I remember hearing/feeling the snipping of small scissors. Though I'm hoping she didn't cut any natural lashes, I'm pretty sure that she was just snipping the longer extensions that didn't blend well. **There were other reasons why the appointment was less than satisfactory, but I'll skip to the BIGGEST disappointment** Besides the fact that I wasn't happy with the outcome of my lashes (not full enough, length was way too long for my eye shape, lashes were too shiny/plasticy/fake looking, one eye was fuller than the other), I immediately noticed, and felt, that some of the extensions were clumped together. My heart sunk when I got home and looked in the mirror and saw that some of the lashes were glued onto more than one of my natural lashes. This a HUGE NO NO in this industry. Our lashes naturally grow at different rates. When an extension is glued onto more than one lash, the faster growing lash essentially pulls out the slower growing lash(es). (This is a very simplified explanation btw) THIS is what damages your natural lashes and gives lash extensions a bad name. It has been a little over 2 weeks now, & ALMOST EVERY SINGLE EXTENSION WAS GLUED TO MORE THAN ONE OF MY NATURAL LASHES. Most were glued to 2 of my lashes but I seen a couple that were glued to FOUR!! This is soooo freaking horrible for your natural eyelashes; not to mention super uncomfortable and itchy. I'm literally at the point where I'm teaching a coworker of mine to remove my lashes tomorrow because my eyes are so irritated and I'm tired of my healthy lash hairs getting pulled out. The only reason I'm giving this establishment 2 stars is because the woman was very nice, & the atmosphere was calming & clean. But the lashes I received were definitely not worth what I paid. I got the classic lashes done by Angela. I would not recommend this place because the lashes do not stay long and it's also because they don't put as much to begin with . The appt is less than an hour and that is usually different from my previous experience . I only went to this location because my lash tech was busy so I am very experienced with getting my extensions done . By far the look is completely underwhelming and there's minimal lashes on it . After week one , the lashes are 50% gone . I am very meticulous with lash care and I know how to extend my lashes . Will I try this place again , the answer is no . Apparently not only does this business conduct themselves unprofessionally but now the "owner" who obviously must not have been there is saying that my left eyelashes were almost gone. This is a lie! This person obviously is trying to protect the reputation of their business. This is another example of why a person should not patronage this place. Unfortunately not the best quality of work. Concerns are they do not remove old lashes (re-growth ) they build on those which makes you loos lashes faster (business strategy??) making them hold more debris/make up, this can cause bacteria and itch eyes. also retention is not about using a lot of glue it's about placement of the lash. And quality of materials. Once you had a lash artist that really does there job and your lashes last for 4 weeks and at fill appt still look good it's hard to accept anything else. Tech here still need a lot more training. Had a fill 7 days ago and went in to have them fix it as many are cluttered up with so much glue and missing a lot . They want to charge for a full full $70 when I just paid $80 ... not coming back..poor work and no responsibility to there work read more
