After getting home, I discovered that holes had been burned into the fabrication screens on the hood of my truck. This was never disclosed to me. In addition, my rear door is now unable to close properly, and my security locks installed specifically for security are no longer aligned and appear to have been stripped. This has left me unable to secure or repair the issue myself. I initially noticed a problem while driving on the freeway when a warning light indicated that my rear door was not properly closed. This issue was not present prior to your work. I have made multiple attempts to contact your company via phone calls, text messages, and by sending photos of the damage, but I have yet to receive any response. At this point, while the wrap itself looks decent, I am very dissatisfied with the overall experience and the condition in which my vehicle was returned to me. I am requesting immediate communication to address and resolve these issues. If this matter is not addressed promptly, I will be forced to explore other options to resolve the damages. Hidden gem! So glad I was referred to Candroy. I had a custom t-shirt project and was in a rush. I…read morewas looking for places locally that could print an iron-on from an image I created. (I figured it would be faster to iron it on myself than have a vendor do it because many places actually outsource printing which makes it take too long.) I called Candroy and talked through my goal with Brian. While we were on the phone, he asked me to send the images and he confirmed that they could print them directly on a shirt that I provide, but that they do not create iron-ons for people to take away and apply themselves. I was immediately worried about cost. No problem. My t-shirt involved printed font and images that took up most of the space on both the front and the back of the shirt. He said if I could provide the t-shirts that day, he could have them for my in two business days. Brian also suggested I go to Michael's craft store to get the t-shirts which was such a score, because they have good quality t-shirts there for $2.99. I provided the shirts to Brian on Friday afternoon and he had them ready for me on Tuesday! They came out really well and they are now my go-to for all of the products they offer. The price could not be beat with any other vendor I had checked with prior to talking to Brian and they look fantastic - SO much better than I could have done if I had to go the iron-on route. The sales are misleading. Promises one thing to get customers engaged and signed contract, and then later the services that were promised were not there. The SEO is not existing. The prices are so high and the SEO and AI rankings are not present. The SEO plummeted dramatically after starting with their company. We really need to look into other company to help us with SEO. Communication with the team is poor. Once the person who we regularly communicated with could not address the concern, they threw it in for another account manager/representative. Website editing is difficult to implement. Takes 3-5 business days for simple changes. We regret to ever use this company. We believe this mindset of deceitful will not take business far anywhere. They should be more truthful and accommodating to customers. Also there is none or very few companies that require such 12 month contracts. We would like to warn other to not fall into the traps that we have done.

They wrapped my poster super well and it was high quality. If I ever needed to get something printed again, I wouldn't hesitate to go here. Parking is in a lot and it's a little tight but not terrible. It can get busy in that mall sometimes but there are 15 minute parking spaces for when one needs to just pick something up.
