I've had a really frustrating experience with them. They kept promising my orders would be ready by a certain time, but when I showed up, they hadn't even started. It happened multiple times, and they almost never delivered on time. They always said they were too busy, but honestly, it just feels like they don't respect their customers' time. SUPER quick turnaround! We called Monday before Thanksgiving and put in an urgent order for 5000 full color double sided 6x4 flyers. I don't even know where to start... these guys are awesome! I am a Realtor and my projects are always last minute, on a Friday, 2 hours before they close... They somehow manage to always get the job done, no matter how many changes I make and giving them literally an hour notice to print. So I had to write this review because they came through way too many times, even in cases where I thought it couldn't be done. Their prices are also hard to beat. If you have to print last minute at a Kinkos it's about $1.15 per double sided flyer not including the paper. I just found out they had locations all over the country and many in San Diego, but I always use the Sorrento Valley one. read more

Very high quality prints for a very great price. My prints are always ready on time and as quick as I need them to be. The staff is extremely friendly which is always a plus. Used Minuteman for a 4 page program. They are efficient, have a wide selection of paper, cardstock and products. Service was exceptional. Quality was perfect. Final product was collated, folded, stapled at a fraction of the cost of the big box stores. All I had to do was submit my word document. This is he best minute man press!! The staff are very friendly and the prices are WAY better than fedex kinkos and all the main stream places. Their graphic designer they have insight is so creative and really helped me beautiful flyers for my bridal show. Denise the owner is so sweet. She does pay a lot of attention to detail. I used to go to staples for all my printing and I was paying an arm and a leg. Denise actually gave me a second poster because there was a small bent corner that I didn't even notice. They take responsibility for their products and won't just screw you over. They have high quality work and there aren't any pixels showing when you print out large images. You are able to see it at the on site location and not what the Internet thinks you will get and then when you get your product you're so disappointed. And you save a lot of money on shipping because you can just go and pick up your supplies!! I highly recommend this location !! read more

This place saved me from so much headache and work! I had a fairly small job, needed to print some party invitations on store bought invitations. Because they were card stock, they didn't go through my printer at home, I called several places, and they couldn't do it because of it's irregular size. One of the places I called recommended that I try Minuteman Press. Boy was I glad I did. The gal that answered the phone, Jane, I think, was so so sweet and helpful, told me to come in and they would give it a try. They tried it on their laser printer, although the invitation went through, it didn't go through the heat process because there were raised gold bubbles on the invitation. All hope seemed lost until Lois, the owner, said she would try it on her home printer. I can't believe she took the time to do that. It was such a small job, yet she cared enough to go the extra mile. I am really grateful to Minuteman Press. My invitations came out beautifully.
