The care team themselves get high marks, I can only assume there aren't enough of them is what would cause 8 hour wait before you see a Dr. the first time I thought it was maybe a one off with emergencies etc., although I didn't see anything like that. But it was the exact same thing again the 2nd time. It almost seems like there is a minimum 8 hour waiting period before you can see a Dr. if you ask me, it is patient abuse.

She told me what the appointment would cost without coverage. I agreed but said due to the circumstances I would need to be billed I couldn't pay it upfront. I was told that would be fine and the appointment was scheduled. When I arrived I was denied care because I did not have the payment, that I was told I wouldn't need. Know how much your copay is going in. COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR INSURANCE PROVIDER before stepping foot in here because again, they will schedule your appointment and wait until you arrive to tell you information is missing and you can't be seen. Seems like a new place, was very nice on the inside, but we almost couldnt find the place because the sign was off? (or maybe it doesnt light up) outside. It is located next to the staples.
