What was the most helpful that he called my insurer while I was on the phone with him. My insurer told me that the crack had to be larger than a silver dollar to cover replacement. They went on to say that Blue Chip was not a partner of their insurance company. I asked the insurer if that meant that they wouldn't cover the windshield if Blue Chip replaced it. John promptly jumped in and told me that the windshield would be covered 100%, but that the warranty would be covered by Blue Chip rather than my insurer. I appreciated the clarification. He told me that there would be zero out of pocket cost to me. The insurer told me that the repair would be covered and John did the rest (which was literally everything). Blue Chip replaced the windshield right in my driveway, again, at no cost to me. The service tech, Dan, was on-time and went out of his way to answer my questions, like calibration of the camera. Since my vehicle was newer, it had a camera for emergency braking and adaptive cruise control, which required calibration by an authorized tech when the windshield was replaced. Blue Chip took care of that as well. Dan showed me where the camera was mounted and why it needed to be calibrated with the windshield change. Dan was professional, competent, fast and friendly. In the end, I got a shiny new windshield installed by professionals at no cost to me. I have found my permanent glass company!

I needed to leave work by 2pm at the latest and she made sure it would happen. I was also informed the company was also a recommended shop by my insurance, so that was a nice bonus. Gracie told me they could get it done and come to my work to get it done before 1pm. Cristian, the installer called me about 10 minutes before he arrived and quickly replaced my windshield. I am extremely thankful they were able to help me out so quickly and get me back on the road. The interaction I had with both employees was very pleasant and professional and the install was great.

In less than 5 minutes I get a call back from a very nice gentleman. I answered a few questions, they conferenced in my insurance company, answered some more questions and then I'm approved for a new windshield. Damaged windshield on a Monday night. By Wednesday lunchtime they are meeting me at my office to put in the new windshield. Looks great! Note, I drive a Ford so the original windshield has the Ford emblem at the top. My insurance company says it's on backorder so I wouldn't get it. Clear Diamond had it available. AWESOME. They took an upsetting and annoying process to be quick, easy and painless. The glass on top of the table broke and we had to replace the glass only thing is the glass was had an intricate design. So we had to find a glass place that could cut an intricate piece of glass. Our first visit was just to go over the details and the lady that works the front desk showed us what glass we should use. We had to return on another day with the table and this one employee came out to trace the design of the table top. I was actually in awe on how he did the tracing. We returned after the glass cutting was completed and had the table with us and sure enough the glass was the design of the table top. We were so pleased with the work and the gentleman who brought the glass out to place the glass on the table was I think in awe of the table and gave him a little bit of history of the table. He wrapped the glass to the table with plastic wrap to keep the glass and table together to transport it home. When we finally got it home we couldn't have been more pleased. Their staff is very accommodating and helpful and I must add very patient too. The cost was reasonable especially considering the cut of the glass has curves.
