They were supposed to replace it on 6/27, but it looked like it may rain and when the techs got here they didn't want to take that chance -- and neither did I. They came back today (6/28). Very, very nice man (I wish I would have got his name). They finished up in no time and when he came up to get my payment, he gave each of my kids a dollar bill! The day before, my 3 year old gave him a colored picture and he told my son that he still had his picture. He just made their day! Highly recommend this company.
