The clerk didn't provide a receipt or offer to open the product, so I left assuming that if there was an issue, like with any other vape shop, I could return it. When I later opened the cartridge, it was defective, leaking and completely unusable. I returned to the store with the nearly full cartridge, expecting them to resolve the issue, but the clerk refused to provide a refund or exchange. Instead, he just shrugged, crossed his arms, and repeated that their policy allows for no refunds or exchanges. This is unacceptable, especially since vape shops know defective cartridges are a common issue. Refusing to take accountability for a defective product that I brought back nearly full is beyond frustrating. I would never shop here again and would strongly advise others to avoid this place. If you end up with a defective product, don't expect them to make it right.

There are many brands of hemp oil BTW. Just tell the owners your symptoms and they'll be glad to help you get the best product for you :)! My partner also purchases Red Maenga Kratom. It helps with pain and as most Kratom users know it has subtlety different reactions on everyone. It will Perc me up a little and take away the pain in half and by using the beginner dose of 2-3 grams. That dosage will work for about 2-3 hours. My partner takes 4-5 grams and it takes away the pain about 75% for 4-5 hours. Plus he can fall asleep on it instantly. There is also a green and a white Kratom, in which the green Kratom takes away the bad aches about 50% and also percs up your body in a comfortable way. There are No highs from any of these products! There are many forms of Kratom because it's grown in several Southeast Asian Countries. So the country and which part of the leaves are harvested determines affect and strength. I advise buying from a reputable and affordable dealer. It's legal in the US except for 5 states and the City of San Diego. Just a true fact.....No one has died from Kratom only. If you're looking for relief like pain pills they are the next best thing till our gov't realizes they went over bounds with the supposed opium crisis. Yah for Oregon. All drugs are legal now! Honestly if you have an addictive personality to anything don't even try pain pills unless they are absolutely needed. If you truly do Not have an addictive personality and can take pain meds as Needed only, like me, you should have no problems. In the meantime if you have chronic pain see Green Light Smokehouse. Holy moly guys. Let me tell you. This store has high quality items. It may be a smaller location than other shops but don't let that deter you from stopping by. I definitely recommend this shop for all your smoking needs. I picked up 2 delta/thc vapes and some edibles. I couldn't even write this review after consuming half a nerds rope!! One of the best of my top highs, for sure Great, knowledgeable, and super helpful staff and even better customer service! I recommend the Urb 2g XL disposable rechargeable pen, but I almost always recommend Urb products. They're really smooth and you get more product for the price compared to others, in my opinion. The owner also had me try this 2g HiXotic The Jeffrey rechargeable disposable pen and once again, an awesome hit! You won't be disappointed with any of these items check out this shop for more cool stuff Update: so the 2g XL isn't the best with puffs. It's definitely a harder pull but it is smoother once it's warm. The HiXotic is really smooth as well and you can't tell you're hitting it but it's really good! I do taste a slight bitter taste towards the end but I think that's a given with any delta like vapes. The edibles are super amazing! Highly recommend! I came home and looked at what she gave me and kind of questioned if it was 4 grams. So I pull my scale and it is 2.9! I could forgive the .1 that is an easy one to happen, but to straight up not give me the free gram is a joke. I checked my receipt and sure enough it is rung up as 3 grams and then it shows a 4th gram for free. I understand it was free so I didn't lose money. The point is I went in with the intention to get 3.5 grams originally so I still ended up losing how much herb I wanted to have. I'm just counting it as a loss. It is not worth the gas to go back for some so so herb.
