I had the opportunity to visit this gorgeous distillery today, and was so impressed by the venue, owner Ian, and the scrumptious vodkas - especially the kona blended with ice cream. This would be a fabulous place for a small event such as an anniversary or even a fundraiser. The vodkas were deliciously clean tasting and interestingly polished with diatomaceous earth!

Amazing event tonight. The Vodka flowed, as did the snacks. Fell in love with their vodka. Really enjoyed the Kona. It had a slight hint of coffee yet it didn't overwhelm. Just the right mixture. Had a behind the scenes tour. Very fascinating. This is a must stop.

So happy to have met my community manager at this Yelp event! Great Kona coffee flavored vodka!

Came here on a Wednesday night for a Yelp Event! This place is conveniently situated in the Industrial District, near Chinatown. I tried the kona coffee vodka, and also tried it mixed with ice cream! It was delicious! I am not a huge vodka fan but you can tell that the flavor was there. The decor is really neat inside. Everything was spaced out aesthetically. If you or a friend likes vodka and are interested in trying new flavors, I recommend this place! I haven't had the chance to scope out this place entirely and try other flavors hence the 4 stars. Great place for service and a place to get people gifts!

Thanks for a great Elite event. I usually don't drink vodka straight, it was nice to sample some of the naturally infused libations. The honey one was especially nice and reminded me of a fine bourbon rather than a vodka. (I'm not as refined as one would think ;)) Overall, it was a nice experience and I appreciated the time Ian took to explain how the spirits were made and displaying his passion for distilling. Thank You!

is it possible to give 10 stars? so far there has only been one type of vodka that I will drink pure - nothing can touch it. No ice, no mixers, etc. that number has been out tripled due to glass distillery. their space is beautiful and reminiscent of a New York Soho loft. Their bottles are exquisite and the owner and other employee are warm, fun, knowledgeable generous people. but let's get to the real issue here: the vodka. i'm at a loss for words on how to describe it without sounding cheesy. it's rare that drinking vodka can compare to drinking an incredibly fine wine but the experience of drinking glass distillery vodka is just that. The flavors are beautiful, the tingling experience as it hits your taste buds is unexpected and lovely. it invokes all of your flavor sensations, including ones you didn't even know you had. it's that good.we are lucky to have them in Seattle.

Met Ian at the Delta Lounge in SeaTac where he was hosting tastings. Excellent vodka and Ian has a killer Moscow Mule recipe.

Shortly after, a much longer line formed behind us. I guess other Mariners fans had a similar plan after the game as us. Service was great and the ice cream was fantastic. Not dense at all and not overly sweet. I got to try the rainbow peanut crunch and chocolate cookie crumble toppings and both were excellent. The price was not cheap but this shop does NOT accept tips. To me, this is a HUGE plus. No hidden fees or deceptive marketing. Show me the exact price I need to pay AND THEN I decide whether I want to pay or walk away. More restaurants should do this! Definitely not something I would indulge on everyday but such a nice treat in hot summer months. Highly recommended to try at least once if you're in the area!

While the scones were good, the instructions could have been a little more clear. For example, I think it would be helpful to have a range of liquid to add (as King Arthur recipes do for scones). There was also a sheet with two columns that did not have headers but had their own numbers listed. I would love to stop by this bakery if I were in Seattle, but I think there are opportunities to refine the instructions (especially since this business already offers classes). One more thing: I love how the shop helps those find employment!

Ambiance: Tucked behind a home in a residential area, the building in the back has been renovated to be able to have these classes. It was clean, spacious, and felt very homey. You know it's legit when there's two full stoves and a ginormous sink with the hanging hose. Host: Fumiko's very friendly and welcoming and quite frankly, reminds me a bit of my asian grandmother (which was good and bad, bc I really didn't want to disappoint her with my terrible cooking skills). Along with the instructions, she mixed a bit of her own history and experience as well as the history of sushi making. It was very thorough with nice touch personalization. We even got a printed version of the recipes to make at home! Food: We made 3 rolls of sushi with increasing levels of difficulty. While Fumiko made most of the base ingredients, we were responsible for putting and rolling everything together. The ingredients (cucumber, avocado, tuna, shrimp, salmon, etc) were fresh and fun to work with. Overall, a great experience and I would love to come back and do her other classes!
