(yes, there is BUT) I have to give him 1 star because he damaged SUV when he was sanding he front headlight. Detailing... I will be honest with you, I couldn't see the difference. I thought he said he will shampooing interior but looks like all he did was using some cleaner, scrubbed it. Seats & carpet, it looked same too me. Even clothe seats, he didn't take any marks out. When i asked him about it, he said he couldn't get it out. I spent $180 for detail & front light restoration. It wasn't worth my money top of that it will cost more money to repair the damage he caused to SUV. He said he has been doing this for many years & I just couldn't believe all the scratches he did with his sandpaper on the paint! He said he will give $65 back since I am not happy but what about the scraches he did to the paint??? Good thing I took some photos before & after. I am going to think about filing a claim through the auto insurance & they can subrogate to Ultra Shine auto detail. Question is... Does he have liability insurance?? *the next day, I was folding the back seats & saw all the grass & dirts between the seat. He didn't clean like he said he would & he just clean where your eyes can see. It is sad to even call this "DETAIL". OMG... I want my money back!
