This is the exact type of company/location that monopolizes on taking advantage of young girls who…read moredon't know anything about cars. This location is the exact reason nobody trusts mechanics anymore. Came in for a simple patch for my tire. One week later I returned because the patch was leaking. I was then told it was "un-patchable" and I needed a new tire. They then proceeded to give me prices for new tires. Thank God I have enough common sense to get another opinion. I went to discount tire down the road. They evaluated it and said that my tire was "un-patchable" because the first time Midas patched it they sanded it down to the wires. I then returned to Midas the next day and had to confront the person who gave me the estimates one day before. This person/ company saw that they had screwed up my tire and assumed because I am a young woman on my own that I wouldn't question it and would drop hundreds on their mistake. After confronting, they replaced my tire. After installing the tire I took it back to discount tire in which they told me it was the most unbalanced tire they'd seen and it wasn't safe to drive. So in conclusion I spent $20 (for the OG patch)(which they never compensated me for) for them to screw up my tire and send me unsafely on the road. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Yes, they tried to upsell me a few other things outside of my routine service, which was covered by their coupon. But they weren't too pushy after I told them I'd skip this time. They told me it'd take around an hour so I decided that I wanted to sit down and have breakfast. There was a diner in walking distance, but it was a cold day so I asked them if they could drive me a couple minutes to the diner, and they were more than accommodating, which was awesome. They even called me to pick me back up. After they checked me out, I asked if I could get a quick carwash--free car wash was included when I leased the car. They initially told me the wash was out of order, but then quickly checked to tell me that it was my lucky day; it had gotten back up. What I was happy about was the fact that the Service manager asked me to wait a few more minutes after the wash so they could dry off the car. I didn't get this service when I first swung by to get a wash here, but the manager wasn't there that day. It's the little stuff like this that makes a customer like me happy. All in all, the experience was good. I'll obviously be going back a couple more times for regular maintenance so I'll look forward to adding further review then.

We found the work to be extremely high quality with superior attention to detail and done within 2 days. They maintained work hours between approximately 8am and 4pm, and left their workspace clean. They fixed any wall flaws (e.g. wall anchor holes) beautifully and I cannot identify where a single one used to be. When a miscommunication resulted in a color mix-up, this was quickly corrected without controversy. They even installed new LED can lights in the bonus room - Which was their suggestion to really finish the look. They will be returning after our carpet installation to touch up any wall/paint damage that may have occurred during that time. Overall, C & Q delivered outstanding work and level of service! I bought a 2023 Kia Telluride from Spirit Ford in April 2026 under the Ford Blue Advantage "Blue…read moreCertified" Pre-Owned program. The signed 139-point inspection certified the vehicle as passing across all relevant categories. Within 215 miles of delivery, two independent inspections (an authorized Kia dealer and an independent shop) documented multiple safety defects that directly contradict that certification: -- All four tires unsafe to drive (4/32 tread on inside grooves, severe cupping, shifted internal belts, underlying alignment defect) -- completely missed by their certification, which recorded 7/32 tread and passing condition and wear pattern. -- A spreading spiderweb crack in the driver's line of sight, represented to me as a "repaired" chip. -- An audible engine defect traced to a binding belt tensioner that should have been caught in the 139-point inspection. I tried for over two weeks to resolve this directly with Spirit Ford. Their final offer was $600 -- less than 15% of the actual repair cost -- framed as "a courtesy." Based on what their own signed certification missed on my vehicle, I would not trust a Spirit Ford 'Blue Certified' inspection. Future buyers should get an independent pre-purchase inspection from a shop they trust before signing anything.

He lied about a couple things on that paper. Oh, one was $199.00 for some type of air for the tires. Also, a fee for $895 which he told me was part of what I had to take. LOL Everyone I have spoke to since than knew that was not a thing you had to except. The young guy I know laughed so hard. He knew and maybe a little surprise to what I also knew. These salesmen need to start treating a customer as someone that is there to buy something and stop playing games with them to rob them of their money. It is like going in to be robbed. The games are to take your hard earned money to put in their pockets. THIS SHALL STOP but takes awhile, sadly. The way business looked that day maybe they are hard up so easier to rob the person than be decent. I shall never ever deal with these people again.
