Total bill was $740.22 now remember oil change that was 1/2 done was $59.95. Then you should never give parts person a part # for $222.58 for wheel bearing when cost is $113. and don't tell me it was genuine GM part #. SK is SK. I do understand it costs money to unlock door everyday. $32.38 for a work order. I worked for John Deere in service depart. I can't imagine a farmer standing for that. Oh yes I do understand you are not JD! Biggest kicker was just about $168. and hr for labor yes I agreed to it but you saw an old WOMAN coming and figured she was a dumb girl. I wonder have you ever heard the saying "ONE BAD APPLE IN BUSHEL OF APPLES " Trust me. Stay away from Baumann Chevy unless you want to be taken for a ride in your pocketbook and overpay for slip shod work.

It's worth the drive from Perrysburg for service done right. I have also purchased two vehicles from Baumann and was extremely happy with the professional sales staff. Yes, they tried to upsell me a few other things outside of my routine service, which was covered by their coupon. But they weren't too pushy after I told them I'd skip this time. They told me it'd take around an hour so I decided that I wanted to sit down and have breakfast. There was a diner in walking distance, but it was a cold day so I asked them if they could drive me a couple minutes to the diner, and they were more than accommodating, which was awesome. They even called me to pick me back up. After they checked me out, I asked if I could get a quick carwash--free car wash was included when I leased the car. They initially told me the wash was out of order, but then quickly checked to tell me that it was my lucky day; it had gotten back up. What I was happy about was the fact that the Service manager asked me to wait a few more minutes after the wash so they could dry off the car. I didn't get this service when I first swung by to get a wash here, but the manager wasn't there that day. It's the little stuff like this that makes a customer like me happy. All in all, the experience was good. I'll obviously be going back a couple more times for regular maintenance so I'll look forward to adding further review then.

He lied about a couple things on that paper. Oh, one was $199.00 for some type of air for the tires. Also, a fee for $895 which he told me was part of what I had to take. These salesmen need to start treating a customer as someone that is there to buy something and stop playing games with them to rob them of their money. It is like going in to be robbed. Pretty stingy place to look for a vehicle,…read more I inquired on carfax.com about a 2025 Jeep Gladiator Mojave, later that day I was called by unfortunately later to find out an absolutely awful salesman by the name of Steve Myers. (I feel awful for anyone who has to work with this egotistical sore loser) I asked over the phone if the vehicles price is negotiable and if I could toss in an offer, he stated how the dealership is a volume dealer and their prices are put "aggressively" which didn't ultimately answer the question but I didn't think much of it and tossed in an offer. Few hours later I was told that the vehicles price is firm, to which I responded by saying "Okay, let me know if anything changes", he tried to justify the price by sending me a data analysis report of similar spec to spec vehicles within a 300 mile radius of the dealership, his vehicle was ranked 3rd for best price in the market, I asked him "where's the location of the first two" to which he claims that locations are not given. After doing not even 10 minutes of digging, I found both. 2 days later, he messages me saying "I saw it." In my response to me seeing the vehicle he failed to provide me information on. Cool I guess? 4 days later, he sends me the listing again and he drops the vehicles price by about $200-300-ish. I told him to delete all my information as I'll be looking for other options in the market since I wasn't too fond of his tone from the start, he states my offer "was not exceptionally fair" to which I show him a better vehicle in the market with a lower price than his AND lower miles than his. His response? "Go buy it." What a ways to go for a salesman Anyways, spend your hard earned money elsewhere if you're looking for a vehicle, this place does NOT deserve your business.
