It took them three…read moretimes to seat a toilet in my home, finally the last person to come out did it successfully!, however on the first or second try , they broke the tile at the base of the toilet and they said they would not repair it as I did not discover it until sometime after as it is not my main bathroom. They also charged me twice , put in a new toilet when one was not needed, ( I was not home at the time of the first "repair") Do not recommend!

Ben and Theresa are so on the ball and easy to schedule with every technician has gone above and beyond to make sure we know what's going on. Mike came out the same morning we called about a sewer issue. He was professional, responsive and kindly educated us through the whole process. He showed us the damage, communicated all the "who, what, where, why and thens" and graciously answered all of our questions. We really couldn't have asked for an easier or better experience. Our dogs liked him too which is always a good sign! We have used Andersons a couple times in the past and will continue to do so because the service is really unbeatable! Thank you, Mike!!!

This is the 2nd time we've had Mike come to our place. Last summer he came out on a Sunday to fix a…read moresevere clog in our tub (of course I had family in town, so Mike really saved the day!). We called yesterday and were able to make an appointment for this morning. Mike even called to tell us that he would be running about 20 minutes late. You just can't get better service than that! After he arrived, he quickly got to work, determined the problem and cleared out the pipes under our kitchen sink. He even gave us some pointers on keeping the pipes clear! Absolutely outstanding service. We are more than pleased and highly recommend calling Mike!

I drove to NC from Fl and after getting off of the interstate I started hearing a winding noise…read morefrom my engine. I was concerned about what was happening and the safety of driving my car, I started asking around for a company that would work on exhaust systems. I was recommended to Timmy's by the folks at NTB. I told Timmy what was going on and he took the car for spin and told me that my issue was not exhaust but the windings on my front wheels. Not wanting anymore problems he gave me a quote and I came in the next morning to get the job done. While he was working on the car he callEd me to tell me that the brakes were shot as well. I gave him the ok to fix. After it was all said and done, the total cost was cheaper than what he had told me to begin with and that included the brakes! I can't say enough for the folks at Timmy's. He got the job done in about 3 hours and came in under budget! Kudos to Timmy's, they know how to do things right!
