There were some issues with my car being delivered by the tow company and after expressing my frustrations the manager called me directly to clarify everything and give me peace of mind. I also experienced really prompt phone calls once the appraiser started taking my car apart so I could get things going with the insurance right away (they knew I was in a time crunch, and would have a baby only a few weeks theaccident!). Jeff was very helpful in explaining what would be done, and the written quote was thorough. My first appointment was cancelled by phone message because the replacement had a flaw. Two days…read morelater the installer put a windshield in with an obvious chip and some hazing. (He didn't say a word to me.) He also made other obvious mistakes leaving the cowling open and other trim loose. I called the tech and he said his manager would contact me. This didn't happen because he never reported my complaint. I studied the cowling issue and found that GM had a fitment problem, many owners complained that the lower cowling was flawed. The manager said a replacement part was unavailable, but my Chevy dealer had it available overnight. Just lies, bad workmanship and installation of a damaged windshield. The second install went better (different tech,), but I had to point to one mistake after he finished.

Had another appointment to have these things fixed but Kevin the manager decided it was more important to be unprofessional and argumentative about the entire situation, so I didn't have them fix their mistakes and I left with a damaged car caused by incompetent unprofessional windshield replacement hackers.

They were upfront and honest about everything. No pressure to have the work done there, but I ended up doing it anyway because I felt good about it. They texted regularly with a link that showed where in the process it was and the current costs (insurance's, of course) as they went through the work, which I thought was great. Finished very quickly, and it looks great! It came back cleaner than I left it, which is always nice. I can't speak to how they are for major repairs, but they were certainly great for what I needed.

They were easy to coordinate with through Geico and with Enterprise for a rental car and provided great communication on the repairs, with update phone calls on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Overall the repair took about three weeks, which was very fast, in my opinion. All of the staff that I dealt with were friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Gerber and would use them again in the future.

Then the criteria they ask you utilize isn't accurate in making that distinction. No call no show on the house call appointment, had to follow up myself to reschedule, they did not give preferential treatment to those who have already had missed appointments. So I set up an appointment to go in and they said upon arriving that they do not have my windshield in stock. Scumbags.
