I cannot say enough about this amazing company! From the time Danny entered my home and started giving me creative ideas as to how best maximize my lanai window space and "frame" my beautiful view, to when Jose wrapped up the final drop cloths after spending hours with the meticulous window installation, I felt safe and inspired with Windows and Mohr. These men are professionals in every sense of the word who take great pride in their work. Even with a slight hiccup with the window delivery, Danny immediately called to reschedule and explain the situation. No flakiness anywhere. And remarkably, Danny quoted me about half what the other two window companies quoted for the same exact work, using the same exact window manufacturer. A pernicious leak that seemed to originate from my windows was substantiated immediately when Jose demoed the first window and discovered sub-par installation from the original window company. Danny and his team installed 10 windows for me, well 9. One was measured incorrectly, but not by him, however he was quick to order the right size one and schedule an install date. His team arrived early, peeped the house with drop cloths and covered anything near the windows being removed. They were all friendly. They started taking out the windows around 8 and finished at 2. The windows look beautiful! I just added stucco to the front and repainted the house and they did a great job making sure everything was done well. The price was good too. Another company that uses Milgard was $2k over my quote here. I've never heard of these windows, but they look good and they're much better than my old crank, single pane windows, and keep out the heat. I went with the retrofit windows. I purchased a house that had original windows when it was built in 1967. Danny and his team installed new windows and it was quite an improvement; the windows work and look great. My review is based on the fact that (unknown to me until after the install was completed) that two large window frames have extensive dry rot; they installed directly over the affected (large) areas! Isn't this something that should have been brought up during the install? I would have been more than happy to pay more to have them replace the damaged framing... I reached out to Danny to address this issue and he asked that I send photos- I did and he has yet to respond to me. I'm now looking at more $$$ to have another contractor remove the windows, replace the framing, and re-install the windows. read more

Horrible follow up. They did an ok job on installing my bay widow and and an other standard window but as soon as I needed a fix he totally disappeared. A few weeks after the installation a screen was damaged and I needed a new one and I was willing to pay for but Danny was no where to be found. In response to Danny's comments: Danny, first of all, thank you for taking the time to read my other reviews - I wish you would've taken as much time when ordering doors, filling nail holes or cleaning up your mess, but sadly reviewing my prior Yelp comments is more important than doing your job correctly. To correct the record, you fixed some of the issues I pointed out during our walk through (although I shouldn't have to tell you, a 33 year old who has been installing doors for 15 years, how to install a pocket door handle, and my wife shouldn't have to tell you that you can't put a door knob on a pocket door), but you did not make the repair to the flooring you cut without asking, you did not clean up your paint spills, you did not install the correct door guide (though you said you would come back and do that), you did not putty the nail holes (instead you suggested I put a coat of paint over the divers to resolve the issue), you didn't put in the moldings like you said you would, etc - I know you didn't do these things because I had to. Yes, it is true - I write bad reviews when I've had bad experiences so that my fellow consumers don't make the same mistakes I made. Using Danny was a mistake. I'm very easy to satisfy - just do what you say you're going do. Danny did not do that by a long shot. read more

Danny is a great guy, and knows his stuff. I hired another guy to replace my windows. The windows were here but it became clear that the "handyman" wasn't handy enough to know how to install them.
