I arrived and they tried to charge me mid 500's then they proceeded to tell me that they would honor the original price. Further told me 2 hours repair time. I returned after two hours. They say nothing to me. I proceed to wait another 30 minutes still nothing then they finally come out and tell me that it's gonna be another hour and a half that they have removed my windshield and realize that they did not have the correct one to put into the Vehicle. This became a five hour deal and almost overcharged over $100. Yikes! Not happy. I would think they check before removing the windshield and trapping the customer. We'll update 1 hour later I've now been told it's going to be another hour and a half. I have never experienced such a horrible experience with any business in my life! They have no time est on my car at all! I live 45 min away! Sadly, I was recommended to this place and now after this, we have all decided to take our business elsewhere
