Saturday morning I requested windshield replacement quotes/referrals from Yelp. Marco replied first which was pretty much immediately upon my inquiry. His reply was friendly, direct and also the most professional due to the questions he asked as well as the presentation of his quote which included all of the detailed information of my husband's windshield and what was included in the quote. After receiving multiple quotes, Marco's proved to be the lowest AND INCLUDED the mobile service in that quote. But what really impressed me was that he was able to come out that same day initially between 5-6pm. I was blown away. I do not recommend using this business if you have a nicer car that needs calibration (lane assist and tech installed in your car). I have a 2020 Lexus and had a cracked windshield in need of replacement . I called this business and the guy was easy to work with and scheduled to replace my windshield. The price seemed low so I asked for a OEM or higher quality windshield. He quoted me $485 for a windshield close to OEM. However after he installed the windshield there was a visible film that made my windshield blurry, especially when it rained. The blurriness was so bad when it rained that I texted him asking for a replacement because I could barely see, which is dangerous! Secondly, after he installed the new windshield, my fairly new windshield wipers suddenly started squeaking very loudly. I told him that and he said I needed new wipers. He also forgot to put back the locks on my wipers. A few months later I got another rock chip and this is where I could tell I got a low quality window and low quality installation. One day the chip was the size of a dime, and by next morning it spread to about 6 inches. Then almost everyday it cracked more and more until it was more than half my windshield. I could tell this was a low quality windshield bc it cracked so easily. I called a professional place (911 windshield) and got quoted $800 for an OEE (original Equipment. equivalent) windshield, who guided me how I can have a new replacement windshield covered by my insurance. When Edgar from 911 replaced my windshield, he told me whoever did the job before (which was this business) left all my clips broken and did a very messy job. 911 had to replace all the broken clips and clean up some other areas as well. If you need something cheap, this place is fine but if you have a nicer car, I'd say pay a little more for quality installation and calibration. read more
