Just spoke to a very rude man who gave me a quote for my windshield that was $500 higher than any quote I received in Omaha, NE. I explained to him that I would like to keep my money in town but I had a less costly option in nearby Omaha, so I asked him if they do window tinting so I could at least give them some business locally but he refused my business and hung up on me. Based on price and customer service I wouldn't suggest my worst enemy to use this business. read more

I brought in my 2005 Mercury Mountaineer to have the window on the front passenger side retinted because it was coming off. The installer didn't check the tint rating before starting the work and just put on what they have on hand. The new tint is darker than the tint removed and the tint on the driver side door. The tint they removed was rated at 40% and the tint they put on is 35%. The owner checked the rating with a scanner tool on both windows when I brought it to their attention and he agreed it was a different shade but said there was nothing he could do. He said he won't refund any money and won't re tint the driver side door window to match unless I pay another $55. He refused to work with me to make it right even though he agreed they made a mistake. I don't feel like I should have to pay more money to fix their mistake. read more

Went in to have a mirror cut for a makeup mirror/lighted frame. There was only one worker but he was able to cut my mirror for me immexiately. No appointment. Upon starting to cut my mirror I realized that the silvering was failing. I asked what,it would cost to just cut a new mirror so I didn't build the frame with the faulty mirror. The guy grabbed a 1/4 inch thick mirror and got it cut down to size for me. He even ran it through the machine that takes the edges down for me for free. Upon finishing that he finished the original mirror so that I could use it for a different project down the road. At approx 7 dollars a square feet I wish I had just gone to them from the beginning instead of trying to find a cheap mirror on Craigslist to have cut down. Fast service, very reasonably priced. The window looks great. It is the customer service after the fact that is terrible. When I took my car in this morning, it was functioning properly. When I picked it up, the radio was off, no big deal I thought. Come to find out, when I turned the vehicle off, took the key out of the ignition, and opened the door, the radio stayed on. I called them to see if something could have happened during the tinting. The guy I spoke to was very rude. I was simply trying to figure out if something could have been knocked out of place to cause an issue like this or if something else may have happened. He was very defensive and started raising his voice to me and speaking over me. I remained calm for the phone call and did not raise my voice. He told me he was the only one in the car and he didn't do anything to it. Later in the conversation, he tells me the people who tinted it were only in the backseat. Ok, so now you're lying to me because you said you were the only one in the car, but come to find out, you only drove it into the bay so other people could tint.... I still have no resolution because that guy handed the phone off to who actually did the tinting, and they were unable to help as they said they were only in the backseat and only had to remove the child seat and headrests. I do NOT recommend this place as they have absolutely no customer service and are not even willing to maybe help troubleshoot an issue that was not there before they handled the vehicle. read more
