Ornin and I texted back and forth for awhile trying to get the tiniest piece of glass replaced in…read moreour old Edwardian condo's bay windows (a film installer had cracked the glass). He was super friendly during this back & forth and most often he was available when I wasn't, but he was able to drop by to do this "small" job between others. He realized it was a lot harder - he thought it was at ground level, not 3 stories up in a way that required him to hang outside another window in order to get the new piece of glass in -- but did it and made it look easy. He was super efficient, cleaned up super well after, and was just kind during the whole process. He even pointed out another window that was in a bit of a concerning state (mostly due to the wood sash, not really the window), and said he'd follow up with some contractors who could help with the wood. I really hope we do not break any more glass -- but if we do, IDM will be our first call.
