The gate began rusting and the paint started chipping 1 year after installation. There's also a strange white residue forming on parts of the metal. I reached out several times over the course of months and was told someone would get back to me, but that never happened. No follow-up, no repair, no accountability. For the price and the promises they made about durability, this has been frustrating and a waste of money. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Absolute Theft and Endless Excuses!…read more I have rarely written such a review, but this is probably one of the most well deserved one I've ever had to write - and it's a warning to others who may be considering this supplier. We hired this railing contractor through our general contractor (GC) months ago and paid a sizable deposit. It has now been over 8+ months and he has done nothing. After taking our money, he sat on the deposit while repeatedly making promises to perform, then breaking appointment after appointment. Our GC has been trying to reach him. No surprise, when he can be reached, we get the same pattern: after giving us an install date, excuse after excuse for why the installation must be postponed. No progress. No accountability. Just delays strung together with empty assurances. To make matters worse, this contractor's license status is now part of the dispute we can't ignore. Our GC will complete paperwork today for a request to recover our money from the contractors state bond, and if that doesn't happen, we will pursue small claims court (never done it before, but it's a real shame we have to). We are also filing against NorCal Ornamental Contractors license #1031424. If you're considering hiring them, one word... DON'T! He will take your deposit, stall indefinitely, and waste your time until you're left scrambling to recover what was effectively stolen!
