I explained that I had my first summer rental tenants coming on Saturday and I need two of the shower stalls (installed three years ago) repaired because of settling on our new home. My call to Dave was on Thursday and although they were swamped with business he asked one of his technicians Chris to be dispatched to do the repair the next day on Friday. Although Chris had to do some serious surgery on the stationary panel Chris did an amazing job in getting everything aligned properly on both shower stalls, and even returned to finish the second one with no additional charge. I was shocked. I knew it was a very easy job. I then asked if there was another glass place in area and she said she didn't know. Well I took my window back and left. I went outside and googled the area and about 2 miles away was Tri-City Glass. I went there and it was fixed in about 1 hour I got the call that it was done. The bill was 7 dollars.
