The secind time I had them schedule to come out to my job site to do the repair but they said they would not come out but wanted to come to my house not that far away from them. So now I have to pay more to get the work done because if glass monkey would have come out today to my job site they could have already had it d9ne before I got off work because I have to go to another location to work after my first job site. On the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend, he let us come to his house and we were ready-to-roll in about 15 minutes ... and with a windshield where I could not even identify where the crack was previously! On another note, we had had a much smaller one previously repaired a few weeks ago, by a "big name" company. And although they were extremely nice and did a good job, I can still see where that one was located - and as I said, it was a MUCH less destructive crack than the one Keith literally erased from our windshield.
