I just want to warn people not to use All Veterans Glass. They are the most incompetent company I…read morehave ever dealt with. They came out to fix my windshield and have destroyed my car. First of all, they put the wrong windshield in and blamed it on Geico, even though I had actually had another rock hit it a month earlier and Geico did not tell the other company the wrong windshield. Then, the technician broke the latch on my hood. He said he put it in the service position and it was "already broken" and wouldn't go back down. Then it wouldn't have been down!!! He left my car with an incorrect windshield duct taped to it and the hood up and rolled out!! I was out of town and didn't know my BMW was sitting there like that all weekend in the rain. I had to fight to get them to fix the latch which left me with no vehicle for over a week! The owner actually wanted us to split the cost of their mistake! Then when they finally changed the windshield and removed the tape, it ripped the paint off the top of my car! I have been going back and forth with them again and the owner is refusing to accept responsibility. Said my paint must have been weak! First of all, I have ceramic coating on my car. The paint is not weak. And they put the tape on there. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I only tried them because I am a veteran also. Big mistake!

I had ignored a ding and ugh oh it was trying to spread. Setup my appt online which was easy. The tech actually came around 9...... yippee. He explained that the spread could be problematic on a small scale..... it wasn't and he fixed in fairly quickly. He was pleasant..... think his name was Jeff. Having them come to your home is huge and we use text while he worked in my ding just in case he had any questions. Hope I won't need them again anytime soon but if I do.....I wouldn't hesitate.

the absolute WORST safelight experience of my life! made an appointment for at home service that…read morewas delayed twice for a total delay, so far, of 3 weeks. i'm still waiting, with conflicting excuses coming from the company office and technicians that range from "waiting for parts" to "we can't find your windshield and we don't know why." i would not recommend doing any business with this company/location, until it gets its internal logistics, scheduling, supervision, and customer service functions coordinated. i've been frustrated and personally & professionally inconvenienced enough by this company (the windshield damage is too extensive to make my vehicle safe to drive), will advise my insurance company USAA of the incompetence i've encountered, and will look to another franchise, should any future windshield replacement be needed.

I have been the family member that makes their quarterly visit to this Safelite location. Each time…read moreI have gone, I have always been greeted and my windshield glass issues had always been addressed professionally. Every technician I have worked with and front desk personnel I have talked to have always been so kind. This time around, I worked with Carol (who was newer) and I had not met her during my previous visits. Carol was awesome. She was incredibly kind and patient with all my questions. You'd think I'd know a thing or two about glass with how many times I've had to come to Safelite... but nope, I learn something new each time. Carol was very well organized and her communication is great. She gave me "heads up" about what to expect from the insurance, she'd hear back from them and immediately update me. She gave me options on what I could do and I really appreciated that.

Had my windshield replaced by Safelite of Fredericksburg, at home service…read more Now my Honda Pilot sounds like I am driving with all 4 side windows down, which is very annoying. The cabin of my SUV is normally very quiet, one of the many things I love about it. They used caulk under the windshield, the Cowl is damaged and to top that all off, they cut the headliner. I tried calling, was only able to leave a message but no one called me back. My husband is seriously not happy and called and talked with them, but only got excuses. Stay far, far away from these folks, its not worth the slap shod service. Adding because Safelite comment below. I tried calling your customer service many times, was only allowed to leave a message, which I did days ago. You never called back. My husband AND our Insurance was on the phone with you folks today, and all we got was the run around and excuses. My SUV is now at the Honda dealer, who is repairing the damage that was done. Just heard from Honda. Safelite worker did a lot of damage in the tune of $1,700, to get just the windshield and other parts replaced around the windshield, and fixed correctly. This does not count the Headliner. Honda no longer makes replacements for my Pilot, so they are trying to find the best option. Am not a happy camper. Will Safelite do the right thing?
