I took my parents, husband, my sister and her husband to celebrate our birthday month. We had a wonderful time! I would highly recommend Glassblowing Houston to anyone going out on a date night, family fun or just to do something new.

Bought a class for my wife and I, we both had a great time. The class leader explained the process and answered all of our questions, we felt confident and informed. I made a cup and she made a bowl, this was a great memory we will cherish for years to come. Would recommend for any adult. They have a nice color selection and many shapes to choose from.

You have got to do this!!!!! Don't put it off. . its so much fun and super interesting. What I loved the most is the hand on experience. I didn't expect to be apart of the process as much as I was. As you can see in some of my photos the participants are actually doing the work. The service we received from Sally was stellar. Her team was patient and they were so kind with my group. I wish we could go back again soon but it's so far However, if you are reading this. . .GO!!! There are lots of colors to choose from and there are also several different things to make. It all comes out so beautiful. Also, if you don't live close they can ship your items but a cost is included.

Had a great time watching the demonstration on the first Saturday I would recommend it to anybody I can't wait to take a class

Building a cup with a handle.

The summer camp was an amazing experience for me and my kid. Patrick and Jacqui are incredible instructors; patient, knowledgable and inspiring. Patrick's philosophy was to teach us how to work with the glass and understand the art rather than to simply blow and shape pieces and by the end of the week we could both see how that had payed off when making our final joint project of a pair of mushrooms that involved using the all the skills we had learnt during the week as we built and assembled the pieces. If you are looking for a fun, exciting and immensely rewarding week, that you would be hard pressed to find a better time than with Patrick and Jacqui.

Excellent demo. We attended a two hour demonstration on the art of glass blowing. It was amazing and educational. Can't beat that! The Gaffer (Eric) started with a particular piece but it failed so we got an understanding of just how delicate the process is. The second piece turned out beautiful! Throughout the demo Sally narrated the process. Some parts of the process were difficult to see as Eric had to have his back to us. Other parts were blocked by others assisting him. The property is beautiful with a playground in the back and an expansive deck area. It would make for a pleasurable family outing or Moms day out. Looking forward to returning for the opportunity to help create my own piece. Though this place is WAY out, Google maps takes you right to it. Though the building is nondescript, it has great signage making it super easy to find.

Easter Special - Make Your Own Egg. Pulling the glass to swirl the colors was the best part.

What an adventure!…read more This was our first time at a place like this and we were pleasantly surprised. We went for a birthday party and were assigned to a treehouse. Inside there were lots of windows that allowed for a nice breeze and great views of the climber's. The staff were friendly, patient and knowledgeable. There were 10+ children and in our group and I was impressed by how organized the process was. After checking in and signing waivers, we headed to the treehouse to see the birthday girl. After most of the party had arrived, the kids first lined up for harnesses, followed by the adults accompanying their children on the course. We then headed to down a set of stairs for the safety briefing and to learn how to maneuver the course. I was surprised how quickly the children grasped the concepts. Once everyone passed the evaluation, we headed back upstairs to line up to enter the course. It was much higher and challenging than I expected. I'm not terribly afraid of heights but to transition to and from each obstacle took a tremendous amount of core and upper body strength. It was so cute seeing the kids clip on and move freely. This was a very fun day and I look forward to returning for a night event as we enter the hotter months in Texas.
