After calling several (10) other glass repair shops, Glasstech Automotive gave me the most reasonable price with next-day installation.  After replacing the broken driver side window, Ramses pointed out that the actuator would also need to be replaced. I drove my lifted Tundra inside a parking garage and nailed the hanging "height limit" sign . So I contacted Glasstech and negotiated a quality glass replacement (I asked for Pilkington). Due to the 100+ degree heatwave the install was slightly delayed because of concerns of the urethane adhesive not drying properly... but I think it was the right thing to do in order to ensure a quality job.
