J&J Auto replied in less than 10 minutes on a Sunday; had an appointment less than 24 hours of contacting them; and came to us! Only feedback I can give: (1) share available options for payment in advance of appointment - there was no tapper for a credit card, but they accepted Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, etc; and (2) be more thorough with vacuuming out the glass debris from the car. They did not replace the trim piece that went around the window on the cabin inside. That was torn out when they removed the glass. Also the glass was not sealed fully on the inside. There were gaps in the caulk, even though it's not leaking water, they didn't bother to backfill. Also, my electric shade is not working. The motor works, but it looks like they left the RV exposed to the sunlight while they were changing the glass and melted the foam tracking that goes around the windshield for the shade to slide on. Of course, they're denying all that, saying they only worked on the outside, which can't be true because they had to go on the inside to clean up all the glass that broke when they replaced the window. I would not do business with these guys again luckily, I'm working through my insurance company who will make it right! BTW-I gave them a chance to clean up their mess and they refused.

He reached back out within a week (during the week of Thanksgiving none the less) to schedule a date and time for me to bring the bike in. Chico even opened his shop and hour early so I could drop my bike off and make work on time. When I picked up the bike not only had Chico installed the graphics kit immaculately, he detailed and ceramic coated it!
