He was very friendly and professional. Discussed different ideas or options with me to make sure I would be getting exactly what I wanted and had thought of everything that goes along with what I was requesting. He said he would get back to me the next day with the estimate and he did, via phone call. I went with them and they installed 8 days later. 2 guys came for the installation. They called to advise they were running a couple minutes behind due to a wrong/missed turn but it was only a few minutes. They were in and out in no time, no mess left. The glass is perfect, no issues. Payment was 1/2 upfront and then 1/2 once installed.

I was thusly prompted to pour a little seed money into the local economy. Brill Glass Co., a locally operated fourth generation auto glass replacement company to the rescue. I don't know if my windshield was fixed by Mr. M. Brill IV, but it was a fast, no-nonsense transaction, I paid less than I was originally quoted, and they did a beautiful job.
