I had to insist on having someone else called to fix the issue. Last, when I called to ask questions about a procedure I was in the middle of having them do, the person on the phone was extremely rude, she seemed offended that I was asking questions and sharing my expectations. She was hesitant to open her mouth but eventually the doctor successfully coaxed her to open wide to do the exam.
