My recent experience with them was absolutely unacceptable -- borderline scam-level behavior. I scheduled both a driving lesson and a road test for my daughter. The lesson was supposed to take place right before the test, giving her time to practice, calm her nerves, and prepare. What actually happened? The instructor showed up minutes before the road test. There was no lesson, no warm-up, no time to even get comfortable in the car. He rushed her to the DMV and dropped her off -- and that was it. Despite this, they charged us full price for both the lesson and the test. No apology. No accountability. Just a dishonest cash grab. This isn't just bad customer service -- it's a scam. When you hire a driving school, you expect them to care about your child's success and safety. All Care Driving School showed none of that. They clearly don't value their customers, their time, or their trust. Do not waste your money. Do not trust this business. Report them if you've experienced anything similar.

Call the office the next morning to double check this info, and I'm told that the time is actually wrong on email confirmation, and that the instructor would be on his way to pickup. Instructor calls at "new time" saying that we were supposed to meet at the office, despite what person in office had said. At this point, there's no way we are dealing with this school if they can't get basic appointment info straight. Waiting on a refund.

I am sorry to say that John and this school has got to rank as one of the worst driving schools ever. I purchased a package of ten lessons and honestly it was awful. Worst of all, was John's attitude. He's a nice guy but IMO doesn't strike me as the most intelligent. "Let me tell you something: driving is a privilege not a right"--Oh yeah? Well John had a "genius" idea: let's give you a practice road test on the 10th lesson so that you're ready for the real one. Of course I didn't do well on it because what this moron SHOULD have done was give me mock test on the 3rd or 4th lesson (the 5th the latest) and then evaluate where we need work and go from there AND THEN if you want to give another practice road test on the 10th lesson to determine if I should attempt a road test or not that makes much more sense. Sorry folks, they hire people with low intellect like John. Not sure if he's still there. I would stay away if I were you!

I passed the road test easily. Mike was really patient with me and encouraged me to drive more confidently, and he was very punctual as well. I had driving lessons and failed a road test with a different school before, so I wanted to take more classes this time around. I even ran over a curb right before the exam because of nerves, but it helped that I made all the mistakes beforehand instead of during the exam. The five hour class was engaging and interesting. I remember some of the tips they told us even now. I found the receptionists and Mike very helpful in accommodating my schedule. I would call them constantly because I had to schedule around work and vacations. I also set a goal to schedule my road test right before my permit expired within 3 months, and they really helped me get the right date for my test. I found Mike's business card today as I was cleaning up and decided to recommend him as driving teacher. I hope he is still teaching there.

In the end, he took him to the test location then denied to give his car. Even tho my father practiced on that car with him, he couldn't arrange any car in last minute, and ended up failing the test. And in the end he complained that the person could not understand english and can't drive etc. Then why he didn't tell this before in all the 6 classes, he just completed them and then didn't care if we passed or not. Never take their service, also not cooperative with class schedules. He comes on his own time!
