Bharat is an excellent instructor. He helped me get the basics of driving and how to be less stressed and more focused and skilled during the road test. I passed from just taking one class with him. The driving school I went to previously rushed me on every lesson just so they can take the next student. It's almost like they wanted me to fail so I can keep on taking classes with them and renting their car for the road test. With Bharat, although I met him the day of my road test & took only one class with him, his intention was making to make me pass. Every student has different learning skills, and a good instructor should be able to use those learning skills and fit them into the driving lesson. This is what makes this school, and Bharat, different. He was extremely patient, and showed me my weakest points and how to fix them. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, Quality, Value I had an opportunity to learn at the one stop driving school as part of my first driving experience in the states. The driving lessons by by Mr Prem and Mr Bhart have been beyond excellent. They break the driving maneuvers into very understandable techniques. Maneuvers such as parallel parking and broken U turn are made so simple and easy to remember. The guidance provided by this school at each step is so worth it, right from taking the written test to mastering the turns to the final road test. They take care of everything with such responsibility. Beyond the road test, they offer highway driving classes too, which are taught with such calm and details that you learn to drive with confidence and control. Highly recommended! My son went to a driving school who were inattentive and basically gave him basic instruction and subsequently he failed his road test Someone recommended Bhart who gave us a good assessment of where he was and figured out what was required for my son, not only pass the road test but learn how to understand where he was deficient and helped him improve on it. Bhart was extremely patient and helped us entirely through the process. While other driving schools take months to schedule road tests, Bhart gave my son a few lessons to reinforce his skills and to hone them in order to pass the test. After correcting everything he was incorrectly taught he schedule the road test within a few days, took the test and passed. I had the pleasure of taking my driving lessons with the instructor, Kumar. Being a very nervous, first time driver, I explained to him I had a fear of driving and wasn't very confident behind the wheel at all. Kumar was extremely understanding and made sure each lesson to listen to my concerns and guide me to being a confident driver. He made sure I understood the rules of the road while teaching me all I needed to know in preparation for the road test. It is important to have a teacher who is kind, respectful and patient with you. I can say that Kumar was definitely all three. This driving school is the best in Queens, trust me, don't waste your money elsewhere, if you want to get your license in the first try. NYC has strict guidelines when it comes to road test, but these guys have it nailed down and focus on what is exactly needed. Recently I started taking classes from Kumar at 1- Stop Driving school. Kumar is a great instructor. So far I only took two driving classes with him and I feel like I've learned so much already. When I took my first class I was so nervous, I didn't know anything about driving a car. My instructor, Mr. Kumar, was very patient and calm; he really took his time to teach me all of the steps and walked me through how to do each thing perfectly. As a younger student on the road, I took lessons from here and they did not disappoint. I learned how to drive properly, but also safe. Bhart was patient and taught me to be attentive at all times leading to a road test pass. They don't care about your money more that you pass and are safe on the road. I highly recommend.
