Being in the wedding industry myself, I am extremely picky about who to entrust on our big day. Having a wealth of contacts to plan our own wedding, we undoubtedly knew Veronica was THE ONE for us! From our first interview with her she was on point, meticulous and had a back up plan for our "back up plan". She listened to our needs and wedding vision, kept me motivated and on time with my checklists and truly "got it". From day one I conveyed to her that we were looking for a "bulldog" day of coordinator/Superwoman that could handle a large wedding party (11 bridesmaids and 5 groomsmen), large family, out of towner guests and whatever drama might enfold. I wanted someone as detailed as I am, if not more but who truly cares and understands the entire process. We found all that in Veronica, and then some! Her attention to detail is above and beyond. She has her templates, checklists and timelines down to a science. The day of our wedding went off without a hitch (at least that I am aware of). That's what I call a GREAT day of coordinator. I was never concerned or bothered by things that came up because it was fixed before I even knew about it. She was there for us until the very end which was 1:00 AM and was so attentive and checked in on us often!! LOVE that! Allison and Sarah could not have been more comforting and proactive. Over email, phone, and video call, they put my mind at ease and I felt so prepared the day of my wedding, no matter what restrictions were in place. Allison could not have done a better job the day of. She built a great rapport with my family, bridal party, and the venue's event manager to ensure the day ran smoothly. She knew the schedule and set up like the back of her hand. When the timing of certain day-of activities changed last minute, she made sure to let me know of the changes and the night went on without issue. If it were not for COVID and my anxieties around how it would affect our wedding I likely would not have looked for an outside coordinator- our venue did provide one that began to work closely with us (and Allison) in the month or so before the wedding and I truly believe she would have done a comparable job in the day-of execution. But it's the long term commitment to the planning process that makes Without a Hitch special. And while our venue did not host many weddings during COVID, Without a Hitch planned so many, and had the experience and suggestions that made the wedding feel as normal as it possibly could.
