I bought my car in January. 2 weeks after I bought it I slid into some poorly placed bollards and wrecked the front and right front quarter panel. Caliber quoted as high as 9,+++.$ repair. I called Glendale Body Shop because I had damaged the front of my car earlier this year when I rear-ended someone. Unknowingly, when I rear-ended the other car, it damaged the mechanism that locks the hood down on my 2018 Buick Regal. A few months later - we found that we could not get the hood open for an oil change. I talked to Chris at Glendale Body Shop who was kind enough to go into detail on the this kind of (inside) damage to the hood. He said he could fix it - but I would be on his wait list until February 2026. He actually suggested that I take the car to Penske Honda Collision because they had the equipment available and the knowledge to repair this kind of damage. I was so impressed that he was so honest about the damage and was willing to recommend someone else who could help me sooner than he could. What a rare business that is more interested in helping someone rather than just making more money. I would highly recommend them. read more

I'm not usually one to write reviews but I think this body shop deserves some praise for sure. A few weeks ago I called this family owned place to see about getting some minor but urgent work done and they got me in right away, and saved me quite a bit of money compared to the other body shop I called, who had quoted me unnecessary work and lots of extra unnecessary labor. The owner of this place is Kris and he was surprisingly honest about telling me it wouldn't need the extra parts or nearly as much labor as the previous quote I got. Right there I was sold because of his honesty. You don't find that too often when it comes to car repair, especially if you are a female unfortunately. My car was ready in just a few days and the work looks perfect! If you're tired of getting ripped off, give this place a call. read more

I cannot recommend Glendale Body Ship highly enough. I'm still marveling at the honesty, integrity, and genuine concern that I encountered there. After scraping my brand new Camry while backing out of my garage, I was desperate to find expert help. My car dealer doesn't do body work, but they recommended Glendale. I checked out the online reviews, all of which were 5-stars glowing with praise. They weren't wrong. I phoned to make an appointment for an estimate. When I arrived the next day, Kris looked at the damage, went back inside to fetch a compound, and began buffing out the scrape right then and there, making it totally vanish. There remained one very small but deeper gouge that requires touch-up paint. Kris gave me thorough instructions on how to go about fixing it myself. For all this, he charged me nothing, refusing any payment -- saving me at least $1500!! Should the need arise again, I wouldn't dream of contacting anyone else! read more

My husband I were recently referred to Glendale Body Shop to reattach our bumper after a minor accident. Within five minutes of arriving, Kris and Sarah had not only diagnosed the issue, but also reattached the bumper. We were absolutely stunned how quickly Kris was able to fix the problem. He also gave us some advice on how to protect our tail light (that was also damaged in the accident). They were both so unbelievably kind and it was honestly a joy to interact with them. This gem of a business is well off the beaten track, about 4 blocks west of Keystone across from Wal-Mart. Our CR-V had a minor dent that unfortunately crossed both side doors. After a short time it had started rusting so ignoring was not an option. They gave me a cheap option and a full repair option, let me pick. The full option was about 1/3 less than what the dealership had quoted. The repair was done on time and it looks like new. Thanks very much. read more

These guys are the best! Once I backed my daughter's car into my other daughter's car - what my kids called a Daddy Doubleheader. Glendale fixed both cars perfectly and at a reasonable price. On another occasion someone did parking lot ding on my Lexus. I went to Glendale and they fixed it quickly - probably a lot less than the dealer would have wanted. Recently I went back to them because of a large scratch on my SUV (another gift from a parking lot) - they said it could rubbed out and did so on the spot - refused to take any payment. Others in my family have used Glendale Body Shop previously, such as when my little sister bent up the whole front of my car and it had to be straightened out. They were happy with the good work and fair prices to be found here. I went to the body shop today for the first time at the advice of my dad. I had a squeaking problem that I couldn't figure out. The Toyota dealer, who had just done work on my car, told me my flex plate was being problematic, but it was benign and would cost a lot of money to replace. I have a manual transmission, which, I found out later, means that the part in question was never even IN my car. Next, I went to another business which I have trusted in the past, and as they were putting new tires on my car I had them look at the problem.. they declared it was a problem with the motor mount and some frame damage, and would take a lot of money (and a different shop) to fix. To get a third opinion/fix the motor mount, I went to Glendale Body Shop. The mechanic, who was amazingly friendly, listened to my tale of woe, announced he didn't trust anyone else to tell him what was wrong with a car, and hopped in to take a ride around the block to hear what was wrong. Then he took a huge tool that looked like an over-sized screwdriver, poked and prodded for a minute or two, and promptly found exactly where the noise was coming from. Turns out my car was just old and past due for some lube - something one would think fancy car shops (like the dealership!) would be able to figure out. He lubed it up and let me take it for a spin - sure enough, the noise was gone. He told me what kind of spray to buy and where to spray it should the noise crop up again. He wouldn't accept any money for the service. A+ for customer service, car smarts, and value. This guy obviously understands cars in and out. Highly recommended. read more
