We've been going to Borkowski for probably about 20 years. One of our cars was in a fairly major accident a few weeks ago, although still drivable. It took a few days for me to get in for an estimate, but once I did they took great care of me. I brought it back in a week, once the parts were ordered, and it was fixed about 2 1/2 weeks later and looks beautiful. If anyone in the Indianapolis area asks me where to take their car for bodywork, I always recommend Borkowski. They do great work, and the staff are great to work with. One other thing worth noting is their waiting area looks like a doctor's office waiting room. It's that clean. Even the restroom is super clean.

unprofessional, MESSED MY CAR UP MORE when i brought & trusted them with an 8,000 job... liars,…read morescammers, dishonest, rush job, and extremely disrespectful, the woman Stephanie especially disrespectful for no reason with petty unnecessary & unprofessional comments & assumptions. instead of them wanting to fix everything they did, they took zero accountability. left with my car still messed up & now new things wrong with it that its clear they did. with the overspray all over my doors and my fender from them painting my bumper & hood, the texture is so rough. they said they fixed my headlight but it still didn't work upon picking my car up and my seatbelts were broken and wouldnt retract and now once "fixed" they wont pull out its hard to pull them. the scratches in fresh paint, broken clamps holding my bumper. my antenna so loose I can fully wiggle the whole thing. my headliner peeling off at my doors when it was perfectly fine before. all of this was noticed before I even turned my car on to take it home from their body shop. and once brought to their attention I was met with extremely rude remarks, hanging the phone up on me when they called to tell me my headlight was in for them to try and fix it for the second time, they changed the date that my car would be done three separate times on the exact day I was supposed to pick it up. The only thing that was still messed up that they did not fully fix was my headlight everything else was brand new things that they messed up,. as much as I tried to stay calm after time and time again of being disappointed as much as I was referred here I would not refer anyone here.. my insurance is now paying for me to bring my car elsewhere for another shop to fix what they did.. I left their shop crying TWICE

I understand that the paint will not match 100% however, the match was probably less than 70%. I brought my car in to install a trim for my bumper and to correct a previous paint job from another body shop -Maaco. It looked a tad bit darker but the shade was not worth the price. They also painted over some trim, that was not supposed to be painted (black rubber). And not only was that upsetting, but my tail light had a chip in it. I took pictures of my car before, and I know where all the flaws in my car are, so when the owner denied it and said it was like that, I had to prove to him that the damage was not there before. I think any car owner would know where their cars defects are. The owner said he didn't know the cost of a taillight and offered to discount my invoice ~$90. How does a body shop not know the price of a tail light?!? I accepted only because the situation was already awkward. Nonetheless, a tail light is not $90... and I have to take time out of my day to install it. Hope this helps anyone decide to use this shop. Take pics of before and after.

Had a minor incident in which the garage door took on my hatchback. The door was left relatively…read moreunscathed, but my hatchback suffered a couple of battle scars (deep scratches). Indy AB&F was my insurer's preferred body shop. Fortunately, they were able to take a look at my car quickly. Adam at the front desk was professional and courteous, taking pix and explaining what would the repair would entail. He sent a quote timely to my company, and I was able to schedule a repair once they authorized the cost. Enterprise car rental is right down the road, and fortunately a driver was able to meet me at the body shop with a rental vehicle. The repair took a few days and when I got my car back, it looked good as new! No hint of any scratches whatsoever and my vehicle was freshly washed. The charge for the repair seemed reasonable to my knowledge. I was also able to leave the rental car at the facility when I picked my car up for Enterprise to retrieve. This isn't a spot I hope to patronize often (no offense guys!), but if you're in need of auto body service or frame repairs, I would highly recommend this business.

I arrived well in advance of the scheduled time and watched 3 employees enter the shop. They left me standing in the cold for 20 minutes after the posted opening time (lights off, door locked.) When I entered the reception area, the very pleasant receptionist informed me that the shop manager would not be in until 9:30 (appt was for 8AM), and that she was to take photos of the car; they'd get back to me. She said that the manager has decided that he'll be coming in at 9:30 every day (shop opens at 8AM--per the sign.) When I made the appointment, I noted that this was for an estimate on moderate damage from a front-end collision. This is no way to run a business.

They never gave me a call to update. Don't go here it will end up costing as much as a reputable body shop. Customer service is horrible at this place !!!! Be warned !!!!!
