Ben (owner) and Stacy were wonderful from the minute I walked through the door with my son's car. He had a dent in his rear passengers door that needed fixing and I wanted to get it fixed while I was in town visiting him. They were very understanding and accommodating. Ben gave me a very reasonable estimate and I was able to leave the car with him that day and the they started on it immediately. We had the car back within 1 week. The door looked amazing. Speedway Body Shop is a fantastic place to take your car for body work. I had a fairly large dent in my driver side rear quarter panel and I took it to get quoted. Ben (the owner) and his team here were professional, timely and as you can see by the before and after pictures, you'd never know it was there. They were able to repair this without ordering new parts, which made the turn around time faster. They went above and beyond and my car was returned to me cleaner than I took it in! I had amazing service here. First, this is one of the few places I have been for car work and not talked down to because I am female. The gentleman who did my estimate was considerate and took time to explain everything to me. I ended up having to file an insurance claim and Speedway Body Shop not only worked with my insurance but arranged for my rental car. After the work was done they went over everything with me and even cleaned my car. Several months later I needed some touch paint applied to a an area where the rock hit and they did it for free. In the big city they have a small town customer service feel and I highly recommend them. read more

I had my car visit this body shop per my auto insurance company's recommendation (allstate). My car was not derivable and needed picked up, they were ready to pick it up whenever was best for my schedule, and called me when they were on their way and when they were there. The communication was really nice, they always kept me in the loop. They called when they said they would call, and they were finished with my car when they said it would be finished. The work was done really well, and you could tell they did as much as they could for me (i.e fixing something that wasn't relevant to the crash but including it in my insurance claim anyways). Their work also has a lifetime guarantee with it too. I will be returning here if i have ever have anything else that needs repairing! read more

I had a great experience with Speedway Body Shop. My bumper needed repair after someone hit it in a parking garage. I called Speedway Body Shop since it was close to my house and they said I could stop by anytime for a quote. I sent Speedway's quote to the person who hit my car, but they asked me to get a second quote at their shop (which involved an appointment at a shop very far away). Speedway's quote was lower and they were able to fit me into their schedule right away. They promised to be done in 2-3 days. They called and updated me on their progress, and it was done right on time. read more

I always get respect from everybody at Speedway. I get follow up calls when my car is in the shop, they give me updated on the repairs. The work they do is fantastic. I have a 10 year old car and they keep it looking like a newer model, by keeping it real. I read 2 other reviews and I thought they were reviewing a different auto body shop. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! I repeat, do NOT go to this place! I went to Speedway Bodyshop thinking that they are #1 in vehicle repair. The only thing that they are #1 in is lying and stealing your money. I took my car there to get it repaired after an accident. The insurance company had me sign a paper saying that the body shop would use all new parts for my car. Speedway Bodyshop told me to wait a week and a half so that my car could get repaired with NEW PARTS. They had to wait for the parts to come in that's why it would take so long to repair. When I got my car back, it looked new; but looks can be deceiving. When I got home after traveling on the highway at 70 mph, my bumper started to come off!! After getting in a tussle with them over this matter, I took my car to a certified vehicle shop for my car as well as the insurance adjuster and you wouldn't believe what they told me! SPEEDWAY BODY SHOP USED THE OLD PARTS FROM THE ACCIDENT TO FIX MY CAR - NOT NEW, FACTORY DIRECT PARTS!!!! Since then I have gone to another certified vehicle shop for my car. Never going back to this place. I would not recommend you go there. This is no "chance" occurrence that this happened to me. The body shop was instructed by the insurance company to use new parts and they deliberately used the old parts and made me wait a whole week and a half to cover up their work. Makes you also wonder how many people out there have gone to this place and have shoddy work done on their vehicles and they don't even know it, yet. read more

Unfortunately my wife and I were in separate accidents in the same month, took both vehicles to Speedway Body Shop and the quality of work exceeded our expectations. The repairs were made in a timely fashion and the staff kept me updated on the progress and handled all insurance issues. I would highly recommend Speedway Body Shop for your vehicle repairs.
