He actually listened to what I said about what I was hoping for in my auto body repair. By doing so, he saved me hundreds of dollars (thousands compared to another estimator) by tailoring his treatment of my car to what I was hoping for. Our family has used Langford's Collision Repair for over 30 years - our 3 kids really kept them busy in the 90's. I recently needed some work done on the rear bumper of my Genesis. I dropped it off on Mon morning and it was ready on Thursday afternoon - that's with Christmas eve and Christmas Day in the same shortened work week. Once again, the repair was done professionally and in a timely manner - as always, I was thrilled with their work. Quite possibly the cleanest, best maintained body shop I've been to! While most might think "who cares!" I was impressed by this - it tells me they have pride in their business and the work they do. Besides, if they take that kind of care around their premises, it makes me think they'll do the same with my buggy. We took our van here for some "spiffing up" that included buffing out minor body scuffs and a full detailing. It looked exactly as was hoped when we retrieved it and the price was very reasonable. I've seen detailing alone at a nearby shop priced much higher than what Langford's charged. We will be taking our other two vehicles here as well for the detailing and I certainly would rely on these guys for collision repair if we ever need it. Langfords is the BEST. They performed a miracle on my 4runner. I was rear ended so the back end of my car was severely damaged bjt they went ABOVE AND BEYOND. Their communication was perfect and one of the service supervisors (sorry his name escapes me) HAND stitched up a rip in my driver seat AND called me after 7pm to personally give me an update. read more

Absolutely the most horrible experience with any auto repair shop. I'm mystified at the positive reviews. I am so exhausted from dealing with their customer service (Rachelle...unhelpful and can't tell me anything specific about my car... and the fact that they've not once called me to update me on my car), combined with the fact that they've had my car for WEEKS and it still not finished (to cut them some slack, they did wait a couple weeks before starting to work on it). My car was hit while parked. The other driver had insurance through USAA, so I chose this location. They did a great job of communicating with me, fixing the car, taking care of all the paperwork, and even accepted my rental so I wouldn't have to figure that mess out. As an extra bonus, they detailed my interior as well! While I wasn't paying, the prices they were charging seemed very fair. From my experience, I would highly recommend them. read more

After my mother hit my car on Christmas Eve I needed a good place to get my car fixed up. Knowing little to nothing about cars I asked around and Langford's was recommended. Luckily it was pretty close to work. I called right away and scheduled an estimate. The estimate was quick and painless and they were very straight forward with me. After the estimate I quickly made my appointment for the next week. I dropped my car off Monday evening and by Friday at noon it was complete! The price was lower than expected and they were very easy to work with. The part I appreciate the most was that a few days later I received a thank you card from the company!
