I was parking and managed to scrape the front right portion of my bumper against a concrete pillar as I was pulling in. I went to Touch N Go off a recommendation from my boss and Yelp reviews. My repair took 2 weeks to complete in total and fell within the initial estimate they gave me. My bumper needed to be removed, sanded, gaps filled, re-sanded, painted and polished. I have a bright red three coat paint, so it's hard to blend old and new paint on my car. Here are my thoughts from the experience. I feel like when you pay for X and get X the first time, everyone walks away happy and it's hard to judge customer service. But when there's a snag, that's when you find out if a business really cares about their clients or if they see them just a source of revenue. The good news is that while yes, there was an area they missed when I went to pick my car up the first time, that they fixed it quickly and with no pushback/hassle. You may have difficulty scheduling. There's a waiting list of over two months at this time (March 2020). My boss had an accident shortly after me and was unable to go back to Touch N Go because she simply couldn't get an appointment within a reasonable time-frame, and I only got in in 3 weeks because of a cancellation. The product itself exceeded expectations in some ways, and fell short in others. My bumper had severe road rash from cheap paint that had been put there by the dealer when I asked them to remove the front license plate, and because he had to repaint the bumper anyway, Chris fixed all of that for me in addition to the damage from my scrape for which I'm very grateful. The paint appears to be good quality, and I inspected it very carefully in the sunshine and the blending between the new paint and the old unpainted areas seems well done. Where we fell short was the finish. Some areas are fine, while there is an "orange peel" effect on the clear coat from uneven sanding and polishing around the lights. Chris said it was because of the "old paint" underneath about which I'm skeptical. The surface feels physically uneven and does not have a similar issue in other areas. Orange peel causes the surface to look uneven and reflect light such that the surface looks textured like an orange. My car has 110,000 miles on it, and the effect is confined to less obvious areas, so I didn't send it back yet again, but if I had only 10,000 miles I would have been upset. While it's possible I'm nitpicking, I think this is the definition of cut corners. I attached a photo so you can decide. My recommendation is that it's a good customer service experience, and a good price for the product, but only if you can get an appointment. It's possible they are rushed since they have such a backlog of work so you should inspect the repair very closely. I would also prefer that Chris take the time to explain what to expect from the paint during the estimate process so that the customer knows if it will look new or will be affected by the old paint. That said, Touch N Go is a safe and reliable place to come for a repair and I'm overall happy with the service. read more

I originally posted a superior review for this business, but upon further examination it appears that sloppy / careless work was done. Our Mazda suffered a broadside collision that also damaged the driver-side wheel. Upon return the driver's door never closed properly and the steering never felt right. We couldn't return to Touch-N-Go as we had left town. Eventually it came to the point where the driver's door wouldn't open at all. When we brought the vehicle to a new repair location it was noted that a bent front strut assembly had been left in place and the door latch mechanism failed because it was a poor-quality aftermarket part. The shop was clearly making over profit on the insurance payment and using substandard parts and hidden damage to defraud us. Wouldn't take any work here unless it's strictly cosmetic damage. read more

I stopped by here for a second-opinion estimate on our Subaru Forester. It had damage including a rear door, quarter panel, and some trim. They came in 15% less that a larger chain. They ended up keeping the car a few extra days because they found some extra work that needed to be done (didn't charge us) and because didn't like how the paint matched the first time. They did a really nice job. The work looks like it came from the factory. They washed the exterior and essentially detailed the interior as well. I feel good about being able to recommend a local business. We will go to them again if we have other mishaps. read more

I took my car to Touch N Go today for an estimate on what I thought was a significant scratch on the door. Chris examined the door and said it was not a scratch but something that looked like tar and got bottle of cleaner and promptly removed whatever the material was from the door. Had a massive amount of work that needed to be done on the passenger side of my car, and even before I dropped my car off it was obvious that Touch N Go was one of the best shops around. The owner was extremely nice and accommodating, doing his best to make sure my car was ready by the time I had to move back in to college. The car now looks better than it did before the damage occurred and the final price was an entire $1500 cheaper than any other shop estimate I took it to. I decided to go with Touch N Go because of the fantastic reviews online and I couldn't have made a better decision! Chris and his team are fantastic, kind people that really care about you and your vehicle. I went to Touch N Go simply to have a small scratch repaired (which now looks like it never happened), but I have also been having issues with one of my tires not staying at the appropriate pressure. Chris re-inflated it for me while I was there, made sure that I was aware it was low, and tightened the bolts for me in the hopes that it would help it stay at it's appropriate pressure.
