I highly recommend Glendale Collision, especially Armen! My company has a bus that needed repairs after the rear bumper was damaged. Before finding Glendale Collision, I took the bus to several other collision centers in the Glendale area. Unfortunately, they all turned me away because of the size of the vehicle and the complexity of the bumper. I was told the bumper was most likely custom and that the repair could be difficult and expensive. Most places didn't even want to look into possible solutions and instead recommended that I find an RV repair shop, which would have meant traveling 30+ miles outside of Glendale. Then I called Glendale Collision and spoke with Armen, and the experience was completely different from the start. Armen was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. He wasn't fazed at all by the size of the bus or the custom bumper. Instead of telling me why it couldn't be done, he immediately started figuring out how he could help. I was also working with a very tight deadline and needed the bus repaired before the end of the month. Armen told me, "No problem," and he delivered! He worked directly with our insurance company to help expedite everything and kept the process moving. In only about two weeks, our bus was repaired and ready for pickup! I also really appreciated the trust Armen showed both me and my company throughout the entire process. That level of customer service is hard to find. After being turned away by multiple shops, Glendale Collision and Armen stepped up and got the job done quickly and professionally. I couldn't be happier with the experience. I would absolutely recommend Glendale Collision to anyone needing collision or body work, especially if you have a larger or more complicated vehicle. I was referred to Adam at Glendale Collision Center and told how great their work was. I have a 2016 Range Rover Sport that I wanted to remove the silver lettering and badging and replace with black lettering and badging. I went and met with Adam on Thursday of last week. He had everything delivered and painted the next day. I went Saturday morning and was in and out in one hour!!! Adam was not in, however Adam called me and told me his father Gary would take care of me. They are both so friendly and professional. I felt like I was given special treatment, but I've since learned that everyone is treated that way....like part of the family. The car looks amazing!!! I have to mention that when I was leaving Thursday, I scratched my brand new 22" wheel, that I just put on the day before. I was extremely disappointed. Glendale Collision Center fixed my wheel free of charge... When I say fixed, I mean 100% unnoticeable!!! They did this in the same hour it took them to do the lettering/badging.. Extremely pleasant experience with this collision repair center. The employees here were very attentive and I didn't have to wait to get helped. As soon as you walk in the door someone is there to greet you and they promptly begin working on your estimate and/or getting your car fixed. The overall professionalism and craftsmanship of their work is very high. I had extensive accident damage on my vehicle and the repairs done to my car brought it back in flawless condition. I felt comfortable leaving my car in their hands and the gentleman who helped me was very good about keeping in touch with me throughout the whole process. I cannot be happier with the work and customer service provided by GCC. Armen, is fantastic and turned this annoying car accident into an easy fix. When I arrived he shared his insurance knowledge with me and educated me, with that said, my full coverage insurance didn't cover my car rental. Since the accident was a hit and run there was no party at fault and no insurance company to cover my rental, I would also have to pay the rental out of pocket. They worked quickly and I had my car in a week and more importantly the quality of the repair was perfect. I HIGHLY recommend Glendale Collision Center! Armen and his team are incredibly professional, their communication and customer service is off the hook, they're fast, they answer even the most stupid questions (trust me I put that one to the test a number of times), and best of all their work is impeccable. I picked this place based on excellent reviews here and I was not disappointed! My 2016 Tacoma was side swept by a U-HAUL truck and sustained a bit of damage on the front bumper, wheel and fender. Armen immediately put me at ease and promised to bring the truck back to pristine condition. I picked it up today and it is perfect!!! Armen was texting me photos of work in progress which was a nice touch. After arriving at home I noticed that they also fixed a piece of trim on my back bumper that I ripped off when off roading few months ago. Additionally, they reset my Tire Pressure Monitors that were never set correctly after I upgraded my rims. I can't thank them enough!!! THIS PLACE IS THE WORST BODYSHOP I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!! They will scam you! I was only suppose to fix some scratches on my rims. when I took my vehicle at their establishment, they pointed out some dings I had on my fender as well. Armen, one of the owners was helping me, and said if I get the dings as well, he will give me a package deal. I told him all I want to do is the rims. When I came to pick my my vehicle, Armen gave me a bill twice as much! He told me I agreed to fix everything, when I most definitely did not. In addition, when we a discrepancy regarding the bill, the GM took time to call me on his vacation to find out what was wrong and then took the necessary steps to resolve the problem. A few months ago I damaged my Porshe. I was looking for a good body shop that would do a good job with my car. Im a very picky person. Then a friend of mine recommended the Glendale Collision Center. Had to replace my front and rear bumper and went to a few places to get quotes. GCC was several hundred dollars below the other quotes and because of their great reviews, I decided to give it a try. Not only do they know about great customer service (they offer tea, water or coffee, I received a text as soon as my car was done, and they drove me home after I left my car there), they repaired my car and made it look like new by cleaning it.
