I thihk someone opened a car door into traffic as I heard a loud crashing sound on my right, looked over, and my passenger side window was smashed. I ordered a used replacement from eBay and after it arrived I looked for a body shop that could install it. After reading glowing reviews, I called Hyperion to ask if hey could schedule the installation, expecting to wait a few days. Instead the guy on the phone said to bring it in at 10:30 the next day. I didn't get there as a tweak in the door itself caused my overhead lights to stay on and drain my battery. I arranged for a friend to take me home, expecting to leave the car for at lrast the afternoon. But manager (I did not get hois name) said it would just be a half hour. He called over a ytechnician and 20 minutes later the car was ready! I had some body damage and the manager quoted me a price apologetically, noting that Lexus Parts are super expensive. I said well, it's a 15 year old car - probably isn't even worth the cost of the repairs. I started to walk away and stopped, turned and said, "Wait, I haven't paid you!" And he said, "no charge". I needed help switching out my car battery, and Steve, a wonderful kind man offered to have his employee switch it out for me. The employee who switched it out for me was another very kind man, who took the time to explain what he was doing because I wanted to learn how to switch it out myself. He showed me exactly what needed to be done and patiently answered all of my questions. After all was done, I tried to give this man a tip, and he would not accept. I could not recommend Ed & his team more. After causing an accident in my girlfriend's Audi TT, I was beside myself with anxiety knowing that the process of working with insurance is never fun. There was a part he needed to order directly from Germany & he made sure to keep both us, and the insurance adjustor, in the loop at all times. When we came to pick up the car, we noticed the grill looked different than before. There was an additional part that should have been there, but it didn't show up on Ed's computer system. Ed got to the bottom of it by contacting Audi directly & figuring out exactly what piece was needed. I really appreciated his attentiveness to making sure we were fully satisfied with his work & that the car was restored to it's original condition. In addition to completing the task at hand, Ed went above & beyond by touching up a few paint chips & a minor dent that were not caused by the accident, completely free of charge. The fact that we got the car back in even BETTER condition than before the accident has made me a loyal customer for life. They made me wait for 30+ minutes past my appointment, were rude and hung up on me multiple times, and took 2+ weeks to upload a quote. The customer service was horrendous, so I decided to do my own research and found Hyperion. I'm so glad I decided to go with Hyperion, I had an absolutely great experience with Ed, who got a brand new bumper for me. Throughout the process, I was provided with constant communication, flexibility, and fast and high quality service. I have recommended this shop to my friends, and will be here again for any future work to my car. read more

I just can't say enough good stuff about Hyperion Collision Center and the manager I dealt with there, Ed. My car's front bumper and fenders were a mess, coming apart and barely staying on. I'm planning on selling it in the next 6 months. But it's a 2011 and Kelly said that in Fair condition I could expect to get around $5,329, and in Good condition about $600 dollars more, all selling to a private party, which I have no intention of doing. Car Max made an offer for it of $2,800. But I needed to do something to make the car safer to drive, and obviously, I wanted to spend as little as I could. First place I went to gave me an estimate of $4,000. Then I went to Ed at Hyperion. To begin with, he was an absolute pleasure to deal with -- friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and helpful. He gave me an estimate for the SAME WORK of about $2000. Still a lot to pay for a car I was going to be selling. So I explained my situation to Ed, asked if we could gerry rig something that would both improve the appearance, make it safer to drive, and make it so stuff wasn't popping off and sticking out to the side as I drove. The guy at the first place I went to and asked the same question looked at me like I was nuts and said no. Ed said they could maybe try to zip tie some of the pieces so at least everything stayed in place. I said let's try that. But the guy he had do the work wasn't buying any of that. He was determined to do the best job he could possibly do. He started bolting stuff, pushing things back in place, jacking the car up so he could do a more thorough job, waaaay more that I had thought they would do or expected. And while he's doing that, with another one of the guys holding stuff in place so that the bolts would hold, a third guy comes over, looks at the car, goes to get a buffer and starts buffing scratches on the fender. The whole thing took about 20-25 minutes. The guys working on it took real pride in doing the best they could and getting it right. When I went to pay, Ed wouldn't take any money. I said that at least I could tip the guys, who'd done such a magnificent job, and he said they're not allowed to take tips. So I saved $2,000 and they did superb work. Sorry for this way too long review, but Ed and his guys just blew me away. Soooooo excellent at what they do, plus honest and understanding, easy to talk to, and beyond fair. I will absolutely only ever go to these guys again when I need body work done. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They're a really special outfit. read more

I've been meaning to write this review for a while--it's been on my to do list forever. I'm not a big Yelp reviewer but, even though that's the case, I felt compelled to due to the particularly amazing job that Ed and George did. I have a unique and classic car, a 1970 Land Rover. After about a year of having it, someone ran into it while parked on a quiet street over Memorial Day weekend. Super unsure where I should take it, I was referred very strongly to these guys and definitely thank my lucky stars I was. The aluminum wing on the driver side was crumpled, the suspension shot and the bumper scraped and bent. These guys shined not only in keeping me updated on the repairs but 1) Matching its rare color and 2) Hunting the nation for anyone that supplies these Land Rover wings. Unlike other metals, aluminum can't be hammered out, so Ed spent countless hours trying to find how we could get a hold of a replacement wing. Finally, he found the only person in the US that recreates them (Land Rover no longer manufactures this part). Due to Ed's tireless work and George's mechanical know how, its up and running and beautiful. I would bring ANY car with damage to these guys, classics and modern vehicles alike. I was pretty upset about the entire incident but all my worries/stress were put at ease after having Ed take a look. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. There's no BS and straight to the point. This place is very busy and I would suggest giving them a call to see when a good time would be to stop in. Ed gave me a promise date and he kept his word! I'm sure it all depends on the type of works that needs to be done to the vehicle but I was able to have my car parked back at home in a business week. I can't think of any complaints about my visit here. Drove 2K miles and the work still looks the same since I picked it up!
