I accidentally scratched someone's side mirror and was referred to this body shop. From the moment we arrived, Eli came over right away to take a look and had one of the mechanics inspect it as well. I honestly thought we'd be there for at least 30 minutes, but in about 10 minutes they brought the car back out and had polished out all of the scratches. After a collision that badly damaged the front end of my Smart Car, Hugo and Jess at Castle Auto Body went above and beyond to restore it. Despite the astronomical estimated expense(s) to do so, the insurance company did not total the car, and approved the lengthy list of necessary repairs. It was a six-week process (with a holiday in the middle) that involved a lot of back-and-forth with the insurance company and a third-party vendor for the steering components. And then there were back-ordered parts that weren't readily available. But the end result was worth the aggravation and wait time (with the outside entities). The car handles so much better than it did before the collision, from the steering to the suspension and the brakes. I highly recommend Castle. They are so professional and highly skilled at their work. And are really great guys personally. read more

This is a long over due review but better late than never right? To summarize a very long story Castle body shop did an absolutely amazing job fixing my poor car. My boyfriend and I were in a traumatic deer accident that completely messed up my beloved Subie. Without going into too much boring detail my insurance deemed the car totaled then decided after month that it was fixable after all(stupid insurance) with all the back and forth I wanted to make sure to find a body shop that really knew what they were doing and that I could trust. Jesse and Hugo took such amazing care of me and my car, it looks brand new. I couldn't recommend them enough! I've actually recommended them to many friends and family since and they all had the same wonderful experience! Oh and on a very random side note I had a glass bottle of soda that was left in the car that exploded after freezing in below zero Colorado winter. Castle Auto Body is the type of car shop your dad would speak highly of: locally owned and managed, run by a staff that is knowledgeable, highly skilled and honest, and with turnaround times that are practically nosebleed swift when you factor in locating parts and the usual German factory waitlists. I came to Jesse and Hugo per the recommendation of my good friend who runs a Porsche specialized shop, and I'm so glad I did. I rear ended someone at 5pm and by 10am the next day my car was in their shop being assessed. It didn't look so bad in photos but I couldn't open the driver side door at all, the front bumper was indented, the broken headlight is a complete part that moves independently to track to turns... It was a tricky repair that they did FLAWLESSLY. Castle Auto Body never made me lift a finger, Hugo and Jesse proactively handled every possible interaction they could with my insurance company. They located the required parts locally (saving me lots of time and rental car expenditures) when I was expecting a 6 week wait from factory. They went out of their way to accommodate my changing schedule and worked closely with the Enterprise rental car agency located directly next door to make this process incredibly smooth. When I got my car back, not only had they expertly repaired (with the EXACT required parts, they take no part in the usual insurance "close enough" BS) my baby but they also touched up small imperfections and had fully detailed it. The absolute service and quality is beyond words, my jeep recently got hit by a driver who ran a red light who's been giving me the run around and I had to pay out of pocket for the repairs. Paying my full deductible hurt but the quality and extra mile castle went with my repair really softened the blow. Detailing my car even, it all meant so much to me. I recently purchased a ducktail to be installed on my 2005 Porsche 997. I called Hugo and we worked out a time for me to drop off the ducktail to have painted. After roughly a week, he called me to tell me that part had been painted and for me to come by so it could be installed. The paint work not only looked fantastic but they installed the new ducktail/deck lid and wiring harness in less than an hour. I also had a small spot of orange peel around the back bike/ski rack mount and Hugo removed this part and had it repainted again within a week. Can't say enough about the customer service that both he and Jess provided. I'm not a car expert, but I'm also not car naive, so I was concerned about getting skinned by a body shop, since I know they tend to be a pretty high-cost endeavor and a lot of shops are merciless. When it came to my out-of-pocket work on a 2021 miata nd rf, this place gave me a great quote, negotiated with me, and even mixed some custom elements into the job in the form of aftermarket lights. They repaired small stuff that was outside of the scope of work--and they did it very fast. This was a newer vehicle, and it came back with fantastic detailing and every little angle sorted. When it came to an insurance claim on a late model 2007 VW Jetta 2.5 SE, they not only did the work fast and competently, they helped to negotiate and document the claim with the adversarial insurance company. They beat out the original lowball estimate I was given by said insurance company after a hit-and-run and got all of the damage covered. This car, an older model, came back looking amazing, with every bit of damage covered. Long story short, they're now my go to for any paint or body work, and they're a place I'm happy to refer.
