Very rude. Facility not very clean. Rushed and not compassionate to the needs of patients. I went in for an MRI, was met with a woman in a track suit (no scrubs) with poor hygiene. While I was a few mins late, the "tech" was also late. The table was clearly very old and every wall had a scuff. This place resembled a kindergarten more than a medical center, with all of the grime. Would not recommend. Don't send your patients or clients here. I read more

I had my appointment, I arrived on time they greet me and welcome me, but the lady in the front desk who received me didn't notice I have 2 different procedures and when I was done with the first she make me another appointment then when I left she call me to ask to come back and blame me because she made that mistake like is my fault that she did not double check on the computer. From the moment you walk in, the place is stark with the minimal amount of furniture or comfort. Looks like the waiting room of a car garage. The front desk staff looked bored and acted like they were doing us a favor by checking people in, all while chatting amongst themselves. There were no post procedure instructions, contact information, or any kind of handouts at the end. They were literally the only imaging company that answered their phone. I think I called 3 other places that didn't pick up. The receptionist was nice and I got all the info I needed, price and I could do a walk in. I walked in for an xray the same day. I waited no more than 15 minutes to be seen. I didn't bother using my insurance, paid cash and was on my way within 20 minutes of walking in. The xray techs were nice. I mean he said hi, helped position me and that was it. They informed me I have to pick up my results, which is fine with me. I don't get the person that wants their medical facility to be welcoming. It's not a restaurant. You just need information and a medical service. If they can give it to me succinctly without being mean, that's all I need. read more

Mri techs and doctors are great. However the front desk is incredibly incompetent and rude. They are not able to keep track of their patients and repeat the same thing multiple times as if you are dumb. I have experienced this multiple times with different people at the front desk, would not recommend this place just for that reason. read more

Had an amazing experience getting an MRI and X-ray done here. The staff were super nice and helpful . Xray is done without appointment walk in bases and just waited 15 min to be called in. I had an appointment for MRI and unlike other places that keep you waiting, i was called in right on time. At the end of my appointment i was able to get a disk with images to provide it to my Dr. they also validate for parking up to 90 min. read more

My first time using the facility. The person who conducted the MRI was very nice, no complaints. My only issue is the front desk, very rude and unprofessional. To my question on how long I have to wait, she rolled her eyes and said you will be called in soon and turned to the girl next to her and giggled something. I didn't want to call the office manager and or complain, because I do not want her to loose her job.
