My advice, drink tons of water before hand, make an appointment and grab free street parking (read the signs for restrictions). Also, it's true, there is no reception area, just 2 digital check-in stations, but behind the door, they have a hydration station and bathroom. So if you need water/restroom while you are waiting, ask the next employee who opens the door. (They open the door to call in the next patient)

I got there an hour early as requested and within 10 minute of me sitting down I was escorted to the back for my 5 minute CT Scan. The young man that did the scan was very cordial and informative and made me less nervous for my first scan ever.
