Took two days to send a result to doctor for broken shoulder. That is unacceptable. Went to emergency room elsewhere and got result immediately along with treatment. Still charged insurance and co-pay even though results were useless because of time. Stay away. read more

Rude, Un-trained, and zero tact when it comes to dealing with a paying customer. If my business had a 2 star rating i would make sure my employees were extra extra nice but not these people. Their competitors have 4+ rating, i will just take my business there. Just trust the other low reviews and keep your cortisol levels low. Hours 6:15-9pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Saturday and Sunday 8-11:30 and 1-4pm. Multiple text to call and make appointment. I call they take walk ins only. Proceed to call my phone through the week 7:30am and 1 pm to make an appointment that cannot be made. Text 7:50 am. I work night shift. I come Saturday 1pm. The guy got out late with his earlier patients so is taking lunch until 2pm. Will not start X-rays until 2pm with 3 patients waiting. Do better. How have we allowed ourselves this inefficient system. Thousands of dollars of insurance premiums for inconvenient and substandard care. Business hours are 9-5pm. Calls should be made and appointments at least offered during normal business hours. read more

This place is truly the worst business I have ever dealth with. First of all they book hundreds of people at once so you have to wait awhile, secondly when you have a past due amount if you don't pay right away they send you a letter threathening that they will send to collections immediately but the best part is that they have the dumbest ppl in the world working for them. I have tried to pay online my balance and first they put a link on the statement that goes to no where and is empty then you call in they get your email address wrong so you're waiting for the portal to get sent and it doesn't, then when you ask for an access code two different ppl give you codes that absolutely do not work. Mae who did my MRI is the reason for this review she was INCREDIBLE! From the beginning she was very sweet and welcoming! It was my first time doing an MRI and I honestly left loving having an MRI?? If that's even possible but she did that! She was so helpful in removing my septum piercing and she even played Kali Uchis on YouTube for me and gave me a pillow for my legs and a blanket to contribute to making my experience as comfortable as possible. She checked in on me every 2 minutes during the MRI, walked me through expectations, and let me know I can squeeze a device in order to stop the MRI at any point if I felt uncomfortable. 1000/10 experience please give her a raise! She's amazing and also the front staff is cool too! But please give Mae her flowers!!! P.s Mae literally made me feel so relaxed which is so good because I have bad anxiety I almost fell asleep in the MRI machine lol read more

Went today for an MRI, very friendly staff, polite and courteous. Hailey helped me at the front desk and then Cesar helped me do the MRI, they were both exceptionally professional and explained exactly what was going to take place and how long it was going to take. They have it down. Very efficient from the time you walk in and walk out the door. Very organized and quick. I waited no more than 5 minutes, and Caesar called me in for my MRI. Took less than 30 min. and I was done and gone. I want to say Caesar went above and beyond. He made me feel comfortable, and let's be honest, who likes to go in those machines? This place is a nightmare. I have been requesting my images from them for more than two weeks, as has my doctor. They have ignored every request we made. They told my doctor that the request is in a queue for more than a week because there is only one person to handle it. And then they told me that the request wasn't put in. it has been more than three weeks that I have done the scan, and they have not taken any steps to make my images available to me or to my doctor. I would highly recommend your stay from the first place. It is an utter and complete disaster. read more

We're all skeletal underneath, aren't we? Lots of shade thrown here but I cannot figure out why. I head to ProHealth every year as part of my annual physical (chesty x-ray, walk-ins welcome, not much waiting) and a CT scan to check for kidney stones (appointment required and easy to make). Anthem Blue Cross pays most of it. While the lobby is no Waldorf Astoria Hotel, the inside kind of is. Once they call your name, you are ushered into a super clean scan or MRI room with crisp new sheets and a pillow. [Chest x-ray, just stand against the wall, the whole thing takes less than one minute]. The techs are very nice and not rushed. Compared to where I used to go (asbestos-filled hospital basement), it feels very VIP. Yelp tip: want to know how your X-ray rates? Just ask, and they'll send a copy of the report to your email, in the next day or so, for free. Well not exactly free, but I appreciate getting a copy of my own results. So easy to drop the weight when bones is all you see. Bonus: big free parking lot and tons of restaurants around to celebrate with a chat meal. read more

**INCOMPETENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL** I went to the lab for a CT scan, and when the report came back, it showed a different procedure performed and incomplete results. I have been trying to reach the radiologist or the lab manager for more than 3 days to have them explain to me what happened, and they are refusing to talk to me and completely ignoring me. My health is at stake here, and it doesn't seem like they give a damn. Patients deserve more transparency, professionalism, and accountability when it comes to their medical records, especially for something as serious as potential diagnostic errors. I would highly recommend staying away from this establishment if you care about your health. Because it doesn't look like they do. read more

I don't understand any negative review here except people are probably taking their frustration out on the health care system. Pro health is amazing. They answered all of my questions (I had many) patiently and thoroughly. Recently, I needed a copy of my imaging and had to pick it up in my way to the airport. Due to problems with my flight, I had to run in to pick up the imaging quickly. They went out of their way to find it quickly and were friendly the entire time. A big 5 stars - thank you. read more

The good: -My appointment was on time and the MRI was relatively quick -Matt, the MRI tech was kind, calm, funny, and patient. I was quite nervous for my MRI but he helped me get through it. Major props to him. The bad: -The "open" MRI is just wide bore. Would really appreciate a true open or semi-open MRI at any of their facilities. -No masking staff, masking requirements, or even air purifers. There are MRI/CT/X-ray safe N95s from Readimask. Absolutely no reason not to require masking in the midst of an ongoing pandemic. read more

Was around 30 mins, I was anxious and uncomfortable and ended up being so panicky and sick and shaky and weak and everything, like 10/10 ER level but they were so sweet and kind and helpful and patient with me and I really appreciate it, the dude with the beard was really concerned and really respectful and I'm gonna remember that for a long time. I had my MRI done by Caesar on 11/13. He was very professional, friendly, kind, and caring. I am claustrophobic and he treated me with his kindness and caring way. He would check with me every so often to see if I was ok. I got through just find because of him. I was overwhelmed with emotion That someone could be so kind and concerned for my well being. The best! Very accommodating to find me an ASAP appointment (I've had many scans here of various types) . Sometimes there is a small wait but they are a very busy office so I understand. I appreciate they are open several hours a day throughout the week to accommodate as many patients as possible who need scans. Best part - the report is usually done within a few days, making it great for the doctors to quickly continue treatment. I have a friend who is a radiologist who is kind enough to look at my scans and give me his second opinion (4 eyes always better than 2!)...he always tells me that my Prohealth imaging scan is top notch quality and that their reports (which are read on-site and not outsourced to other facilities) are the most detailed he's seen outside of his own hospital work. I trust them implicitly and will always go there when I need another scan. Thanks ProHealth! read more

Disappointing service.. Getting the results was very difficult. My wife had to repeatedly call and at one point they said "it must be stuck in the portal." Huh. They were also given her last mri to compare results with the one they had just completed. They failed to do that. The office was clean but shabby in appearance.... I am writing this review Specifically to praise- and thank MRI Imaging Technician Mher (I wish I'd thought to get his Full name); he was personable, engaging, responsive to my question ahead of my imaging -- and he showed resourcefulness in working with me to figure-out the best way to stabilize my head against involuntary muscle spasms in my neck that have plagued me since a 1999 freeway 'Rear-Ender' -- movements whixh degraded the quality of an MRI performed a decade ago at a different facility. Once the scan was complete -- even before I was off the mechanized bed, I asked Mher how long it would take to know if the stabilizing measures we'd taken had kept my head stationary well enough -- and long enough -- to produce "readable" images? He answered: 'They came out fine --let me show you'. Mher diected me to the 'Control Room' & let me watch as he 'quick-skimmed' the image 'files' from the 3 different 'planes' of the Scan -- pointing out that since the bones of my skull didn't shift position between the multiple slices of the scan(s) these images would be of "good quality" for the Radiologist to examine (so no need for any 'Re-Takes'). As we discussed some of the finer details on how MRI "works, it was clear that Mher has an enthustic appreciation of the Amazing technology- and capabilites of MRI imaging - and that gave me confirmation that he Does His Job with Care and Pride. To ProHealth Advanced Imaging (PHAI) management; you have an EXCELLENT Team-Member in Mher, and I wouldn't hesitate to return to PHAI for "Mmmy Imaging Needs' -- and I would request Mher as "My Technician". read more

Please beware of this place. I was in a car accident and I need an X-ray. The Dr that sent me here said I don't need an appointment it's walk in only. The rude front office person confirmed it's walk in only but the office has a select schedule. So I showed up 6/11 @2pm and they don't take walk ins bc of said schedule. Which the rude person in the front office proceeded to hand me a small paper with their times. So their information is misleading and the staff is rude and have attitude. No stars aren't an option but that's what I would rate this location. After an accident you don't have the luxury of driving around to figure out what location is available. It's either due to pain or the fact that you have no vehicle. read more
